ABI Rehabilitation

My son had an injury and ABI Rehabilitation was given as a provider of services.nnMy experience with them has been that they are totally useless. They do not call you when they indicate they will.nnWhen they do call suggestions are made on how to progress, but no appointments are made for the next step, this takes another call.nnVery frustrating to deal with, and I am disappointed that they are receiving funding from my taxes when they are this useless.

Not sure what to say wasn't a very good experience for myself an whanau

I very fortunately spent nearly 3 weeks under ABIs care early 2018. I was broken, fearful, confused & at times angry..nMy sincere Thanks & Appreciation to Magdalena, Lina & Paulette possibly Pauline who together with all my therapists, counsellors, physio & dietician helped me heal & recover to the stage I was able to be discharged.nMany of the services continued at home for a time. I & my family will be forever grateful.

I suffered a TBI in September 2021 and spent 6 weeks at ABI Ranui. I was unable to walk, talk and do normal personal functions such as toileting. The staff at ABI had me up walking and talking plus control over my bodily functions within weeks of arriving. They are absolutely excellent people. If you are given the opportunity to go into their care you are in very good hands
