The barcode system is great, although some people are confused with the scanning of barcodes, lab can get very busy so dont expect to be seen straight away. Although plenty of parking it can still get quite full very quickly. Friendly staff.

For the love of God, why does this public health service not have a single public car park. The service is great, the staff lovely, but finding a car park is nearly impossible. Site parking is either for staff or the co-located kindergarten. Street parking fills up quickly and is in short supply because of the narrow streets. Great service, terrible location. Not good for a health service for which many users may have mobility challenges. Just another stress to add to the experience of being sick in Aotearoa.

What a great experience this morning, June is amazing, friendly and caring. Didn't feel the needle go in with 4 tube's of blood taken or being removed. Your skills are perfect, 100% happy customer.

I took my very scared 8 year old and myself in today for a blood test. I had prepared her mentally as much as I could I'm also a healthcare worker and applied numbing cream on her arm. We waited quite a long time to be seen which was fine. Our number was called and the nurse disappeared and then we heard her rudely calling our number from her room again. We then walked towards her and she didn't greet. I was firstly told that I should have scanned two cards instead of one, which I then apologised. The nurse had zero patience for my daughter and made very little effort. I was then trying to be extremely firm with my child but she was terrified. The nurse is surely trained to deal with these circumstances and children? Instead the nurse was quite abrupt in repeatedly saying that she doesn't have time for this etc! I actually got quite annoyed and just left without getting it done. Very poor service. If she couldn't achieve what was meant to be done, she should have got a colleague in to assist her.

Not very happy. Came in today for a blood test and an unsupervised trainee made a very bad effort at trying to find a vein. Eventually an expert took over, but really this should never have happened.
