After being a regular student for 2 semesters in total , I reached out to reception to book private tutoring. Waisted my time/energy/money trying to sort my private classes with no luck. After paying a thousand dollars up front, the staff could not handle the booking properly and keept suggesting alternatives that was not agreed at payment.nnEven to get a refund was a drama.nOh hey, they offered me 10% off for the inconvenience/miscommunication for a future return. HAHAnnThe problems were: miscommunication, unprofessionalism, disorganisation, lack of customer service, not able to follow up properly, lack of training, being straight forward about being able to provide the service or not, etc.nnPlease learn somewhere else!

wasting our time trying to figure out ourselves which class to enrol our kid. they charge you for the 1st time you attendtrial day, all abt $$$. they are unable to guide you, also teachers lack of experience teaching pre-schoolers.

A busy market day of FRENCH Food. Interesting but to full of people for me. Standing room only.
