The Warehouse Sylvia Park

Went here to get some soda stream refills, customer service desk was closed, without any information on why or a sign to redirect customers. Tried over at the checkout, was told they only did the refills at the customer service counter and that they would call someone to head over to the customer service desk. Went back to the customer service desk, waited for 10 minutes with no sign of anyone. I was just leaving when I heard a door to the side open and a staff member walk out and quickly disappear, so apparently there was someone there all along and they just could not be bothered to open up? They were gone so quickly I had no chance to speak with them, so I gave up on trying to get the refills. Total waste of time, very disorganized store.

Although I've always liked shopping at the warehouse, I must confess there is so much scope for improvement. Their store at Sylvia Park is massive and more or less caters to all your needs. However, I have always felt this stores is understaffed. Although most of the staff members are extremely friendly and helpful, there have been times when I've struggled to find anyone handy for help. I also don't see many promotional offers or customer engagement activities coming from this store. The men's clothing section could have more variety. Some of the products look overpriced for the quality in my opinion.

SERIOUSLY Aishmeen?! You really think I'm about to run away with a can of drink, in a mall I've worked in for 10 years! Haven't stolen anything yet, and don't really intend to in the foreseeable future. Standing in the queue forever, wouldn't I just take the opportunity then, if I was gonna do a runner? I did have $20.00 in my hand...

Tried to buy a scooter marked as In stock, only one on display was told by a staff member to take it to the front and they would arrange purchase. Asked the manager who was extremely rude. Was told she would get one from out the back waited ten minutes she never came back. Another staff member took our details told us they would call when they had found it. Never called ended up going somewhere else

This Warehouse is slightly different from a lot of the other ones that I have been in - namely, that it is spacious and better thought out compared to the others. There is heaps of stuff on offer, though, and the Warehouse has started stocking tech gadgets and electronics - which, personally, are not that great. They tend to be more Chinese variants and even though they are getting better, they still do not exactly evoke a lot of confidence from most customers.nnOther than that, there's plenty to browse and get stuck into!
