Went there on Tuesday night, product was not available which was on special, the lady that was near the area spoke to the manager who was working on the floor directly to ask for help and the manager spoke to the customer service guy. By the time I walked to the customer service he already knew what was happening. Best customer service and communication within a team. Seamless. Great staff that made the whole shopping experience awesome!!

Poor in-store customer care. Had ordered a Panasonic TV a week ago by physically visiting the store and even payed the delivery charges. The TV hasn't been delivered yet and there is no support from the customer care as well. Our previous purchase of the washing machine went really well and Anthony had given clear information. The current customer service experience went this way therefore didn't expect this to happen. Disappointed.

Although I've always liked shopping at the warehouse, I must confess there is so much scope for improvement. Their store at Sylvia Park is massive and more or less caters to all your needs. However, I have always felt this stores is understaffed. Although most of the staff members are extremely friendly and helpful, there have been times when I've struggled to find anyone handy for help. I also don't see many promotional offers or customer engagement activities coming from this store. The men's clothing section could have more variety. Some of the products look overpriced for the quality in my opinion.
