Found the F&F hot wheels set here overall ok just the same as any old warehouse it’s big. I think they should keep a bit more stock of everything

I took a passport photo for my daughter today noon. I have specifically said its for passport renewal. The staff took a photo and said it will take 40min to an hr. In the meantime she sent a soft copy. After 40mins when I went back. She said the photo was blurry while printing and need to re take it. I agreed and re took. Again waited for another 40mins. I have collected hard copy. I have asked the staff to send the new photo again as a soft copy as it is for passport renewal process. She said will do it in sometime.nThis was told to me between 3:45 to 4pm.nIts now 10pm. I have also sent an email to send a recent photo. I still did not receive any response to it.

Bought three items and paid without checking the invoice.n1. Bath Mat Vienna: special price yellow $7.00. Normal price: $13.00 Charged $14.00n2. Bath Mat popcorn—special price yellow. $13.00 Charged $22.00n3. Lightweight Duvet Inner-price $49.00 charged. $29.00nThe last item was bought for a third party.nDisplay, staff courtesy, and customer friendliness are all excellent. But this error needs to be fixed, as I am not the only customer who overtrusts the 'Warehouse.'

We went there to take passport photos for ourselves and our two-year-old and anyone who has ever tried to get a toddler to sit still, look straight, keep a neutral face, and not blink at the exact moment of the photo knows this is basically an Olympic sport.nnHuge shout-out to the lovely staff member, Chateau, who showed the patience of a saint while we were struggling to make our little one look at the camera and and stop smiling and and counting from 1 to 3 like she was hosting her own photoshoot . Chateau stayed kind and calm the whole time.nnThank you, Chateau, for making an impossible mission for us feel easy and for being so warm and professional.

Very poor staff management. Staff and I mean all staff look like they can't be bothered being there and killing just killing time at the District court house. Also for 2-3 years now, no one ever answers the phone at this branch, imagine all the lost earnings just from customer enquiries. This warehouse management needs an over haul, it's really embarrassing for the iconic kiwi brand.
