The Warehouse Sylvia Park

Found the F&F hot wheels set here overall ok just the same as any old warehouse it’s big. I think they should keep a bit more stock of everything

A great shop with variety. Sadly when I went to the automated payment points, my card wouldnt work as i had pressed credit card instead of Eftpos. I kept struggling to try a different card and asked a staff member for assistance. He was extremely rude, unhelpful amd abrupt so I struggled more then asked a different staff member to assist, he was a young man and just pressed Cancel then Eftpos and my card was accepted. Some staff do not realise that there are visitors in their stores and that we do not have automated payment points in our home country. Really a bad image for visitors to see. Their behaviour was shocking indeed

Although I've always liked shopping at the warehouse, I must confess there is so much scope for improvement. Their store at Sylvia Park is massive and more or less caters to all your needs. However, I have always felt this stores is understaffed. Although most of the staff members are extremely friendly and helpful, there have been times when I've struggled to find anyone handy for help. I also don't see many promotional offers or customer engagement activities coming from this store. The men's clothing section could have more variety. Some of the products look overpriced for the quality in my opinion.

Absolutely terrible. Just terrible. Staff were unfriendly and clearly not wanting to be there, myself I was only there for football cards, and they only place I could get them was one single checkout line who was run by a clearly clueless employee. Even though the line only had about 3 people, it took 15minutes to just ask if they had the card, only for the employee to say no even though I had seen the cards with my own eyes and she skipped past it. I then left and called the warehouse which confirmed that they had the cards in stock at Sylvia park, went back and waited for another 15 minutes, only for her to then skip right past it again and spend 2 minutes drinking coconut juice and not serving me. Terrible service, terrible staff, avoid this branch at all costs if possible and go to another retailer or branch.

Lightweight Duvet Inner-price $49.00 charged. $29.00nThe last item was bought for a third party.nDisplay, staff courtesy, and customer friendliness are all excellent. But this error needs to be fixed, as I am not the only customer who overtrusts the 'Warehouse.'
