Was looking for a one-off item and needed assistance finding it. The marvellous Murray stopped what he was doing to give me his full attention, then personally took me to its location. I had almost forgotten what great service was. Thanks Murray

Very helpful staff member at the customer service desk along with the managers. We brought a washing machine that did not go.. The staff at Pakuranga went out of their way to try and resolve issues we were having with warranty company.

The Service at Warehouse Pakuranga is out standing thank you so much for going out of your way to source a sun unbrella stand for me & i had 2 follow up calls to check all was ok and i got one . Thank you Pak Warehouse ill be back as Arnold would say

The variety is not there compared to what they used to have 10 yrs ago. Staff is not rude but not friendly either.

I come here regularly and its well organized and tidy. has an underground car park with stairs or a ramp so it wheelchair freindly

It's the warehouse, but sometimes long lines for the checkout, but good prices.
