I had a wonderful experience at the Lancôme section at Farmers - Sylvia Park shopping mall today, thanks to Penélope. Her customer service was outstanding. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I approached. Penélope’s warm personality and professionalism truly made my experience special.nnShe took the time to listen, offered helpful advice, and made the whole shopping experience enjoyable and comfortable. Her knowledge and genuine care really stood out. She made sure we were able to find what we were looking for.nnShe is truly an asset to Farmers in New Zealand. It’s rare to find such amazing service these days, and she made my visit memorable. Thank you, Penélope, for your excellent service!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received at your store yesterday when I came in to purchase a fragrance. Although the salesperson did show me some products, their attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming. It was clear from their behavior that they assumed I wouldn’t be making a purchase — an attitude that I found both unprofessional and disrespectful.nnIt is unacceptable for staff to judge or make assumptions about customers based on their appearance. Every customer deserves equal respect and attention, regardless of how they look or what they might appear to afford. Providing good service is not optional — it’s a core part of their responsibility and what they are paid to do.nnWhile I did proceed with buying a bottle of perfume, this experience left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve encountered this kind of attitude at your stores — I had a similar experience at your St. Luke’s Mall location. It’s disappointing to see this pattern of behavior, as it reflects poorly on the brand and undermines customer trust.nnOn the same day, I also visited Mecca, and the difference was remarkable. Their staff greeted us warmly, allowed us to explore and test the perfumes freely, and offered help in a genuinely friendly manner. That is what true customer service looks like — professional, inclusive, and customer-focused.nnI hope you take this feedback seriously and address these concerns through better staff training and supervision. Customers should feel valued and respected the moment they walk into your store — not judged or overlooked.

Usual service in the store is great. I take issue with click and collect process and why it needs to take so long to process - there are definitely some logistics improvements that need to be made for this service. I make a click and collect order on Tuesday and it can't even be ready by Monday the following week? Meanwhile, I make a chemist warehouse click and collect order on Saturday night 11:00pm and its ready Sunday morning 11:00am.

Got a nice deal on a Van Heusen Coat. At a nice spot, buy from them when I get a chance, great location and all kind of varieties are available here. Parking is at the Mall. Many times they run good deals.

I went here to buy YSL foundation and had my makeup done by Solaf. She is very skilled and knowledgable about face shapes and color. I will come back again to the makeup counter and find her to do my face before a night out
