I would like to make a complaint about this particular store because they have misleading advertising that confuses both customers and their own staff.nnToday, I went to purchase an epilator and told the salesperson that I wanted the machine from the promotion shown in the photo. She also assumed, just like I did, that the promotional sign applied to the epilator displayed in that location.nnHowever, when I went to pay, she told me the price was NZD $349. I explained that the product was supposed to be on sale and asked them to honour the advertised price, but they refused.nnIs it my fault that the store placed the promotional sign in the wrong location? I asked them to honour the price because the mistake was made by the store, but they refused to do so.nnI find this to be extremely disappointing service, especially because I was not the only one who misunderstood the promotion—the salesperson herself made the same assumption.

Manpreet I had a great experience at Farmers thanks to one of the staff members. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She took the time to help me choose the right products, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed. Her excellent customer service made my shopping experience so enjoyable. Had an amazing experience with Alice yesterday evening at the Elizabeth Arden booth. She noticed that we needed some assistance, was very patience with us and helped us get what we needed. She had an amazing and positive attitude and treated us warmly. 100% recommend her service!

Unfortunately, there was no one available to assist me at that time.nHowever, the girl from the GHD counter manager was very busy with her own clients, but she still took special time to help me and suggested the right products for me. This is what true great customer service looks like. She treated customers with equal value and care.nShe is absolutely amazing, and her customer service was outstanding.
