The Warehouse Botany Downs

Near tidy well illuminated, good security at the entrance, polite staff, awesome products both in store & online too. I noticed that the eggs on sale did not have their prices displayed, online I saw the same at $5 a Doz whereas in store was $7. I did not like that at all. However I shall admit my main reason for shopping at the warehouse is bread & eggs more so the eggs. Thankyou Warehouse for helping us citizens with the eggs in particular. I also picked up some more items which were labelled at $7 but upon reading the bill were $10 & $11. I am a bit sore at this incorrect labelling. But overall still a great stores to visit anyday.

Great service is often not commended, however the service I received from Jo on checkouts on Sunday morning was fantastic. Top notch. I really appreciated the way she dealt with my exchange, when I could tell she was busy working by herself. Thank you Jo.

Unusually small Warehouse. Felt empty and somewhat boring. The workers were helpful and i did managed to get what i was looking for. Also it wasn't busy despite going at midday. However even Warehouses in South Auckland are much larger and better to shop at which is pretty sad especially for a large shopping suburb like Botany.nnSelf service - Problems with self service machines both times. No-one there if you need help. Security is pretty useless as well. Unlikely to be back.

Great shopping experience! Never know there’s a midnight warehouse operating in Auckland. I was hunting for a large size suitcase for my coming travel trip, and I’ve been to two warehouse stores prior than botany one however they don’t have stock of the 4 wheels one, and botany shop is my last chance tonight. I couldn’t find the stock on the shelf while it does show available on the store locator, the staff -Matthew realized that I’m lost around and he kindly checked with me if I need help. And he advised me there’s none on the shelf but might be in the back warehouse and he would go check for me. After a few minutes he came out with my preferred suitcases!!! He looks like a Santa man brightening my case hunting night, I can imagine he has put absolutely effort to locate this specific model of suitcase in the pallets with thousands of stock. Lovely shop and will definitely recommend for shopping till midnight.

Not all staff are experience & helpful in Botany branch.nnGoods purchased were under warranty, white kiwi lady staff at info counter ask me to contact the supplier direct by googling online when the goods were purchased from The Warehouse, and she is not aware that they have a warranty department that deals with these type of issues.nnAlways call up the contact center to get a second opinion, they are very helpful !!
