I was quite disappointed with my experience at the entertainment centre. I waited around five minutes without being acknowledged or served. I then approached an employee for assistance and was told someone would come over shortly, but after waiting an additional four minutes, no one arrived.nnThis left me frustrated, as an entertainment centre should be welcoming and attentive to customers. Absolutely amazing service by Yvette and Farah today at the Botany store. I needed to return an item and they assisted me so efficiently and with such a friendly attitude. They were patient, professional, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. It’s always refreshing to experience such great customer service. Thank you to both ladies !

Josh just saved my Christmas.nnI was after a Disney plushie for my gf’s mother, that had an annoying sku which multiple plushies were linekd to. I’ve been to two other Warehouse locations and had been met with lackluster customer service; pointing me towards the direction and/or not bothering to investigate stock amounts. And then I met Josh. This man looked up the sku, grabbed a ladder, and went hunting. The situation was getting dire as each box he skimmed through failed to match what we were after. The last box looked grim, but as he turned it around, low and behold was the fateful sku I’ve been feining to find. The toy was raised out of the box like a new born child and passed to me. In that heart racing moment I promised to Josh that I’d write him a Google review. Please give him a raise.

Dont trust website stock levels!! Items that are showing in stock on the website are never on the shelves. This has happened for different items last 4 times I've been. First time I asked staff and they had to retrieve the item from somewhere. Took a long time to find someone because there's never enough staff and longer still for them to look on top or out back. So from then I just didn't bother. Waste of time.

What awesome staff! Two staff asked if I wanted help. Two others offered to take ä heavy item out to my car. Another staff member climbed ä high ladder to find an item that had sold out on the shelf.nBig to Alexis, who is managing and coordinating, teaching staff members how to offer excellent customer service.
