The Warehouse Botany Downs

I recently visited The Warehouse Botany and had a great experience. The store was well-organised with a wide selection. Dominic, a staff member, was particularly helpful. He guided me to the plates section and assisted me in choosing the right ones with useful advice. His friendly and professional service made my visit enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Yesterday we bought a pair of swimming pants, and it was way too small. So we tried to exchange the size of the swimming pants, but even though the pair of swimming pants was brand new, we couldn't exchange the size, or even get a refund. The service is also really bad, so we don't recommend coming to the botany downs warehouse. I also want to remind everyone to check their receipt as the refundable warning is incredibly small.

There are plenty of parking space near The Warehouse Botany Downs.nnMy husband always loves to shop there and usually spends at least half an hour there. Today we went there and enjoyed our shopping.nnStaff are friendly and helpful.nnWe highly recommend you to shop there if you live in Botany Downs or East Auckland.

Near tidy well illuminated, good security at the entrance, polite staff, awesome products both in store & online too. I noticed that the eggs on sale did not have their prices displayed, online I saw the same at $5 a Doz whereas in store was $7. I did not like that at all. However I shall admit my main reason for shopping at the warehouse is bread & eggs more so the eggs. Thankyou Warehouse for helping us citizens with the eggs in particular. I also picked up some more items which were labelled at $7 but upon reading the bill were $10 & $11. I am a bit sore at this incorrect labelling. But overall still a great stores to visit anyday.

Unusually small Warehouse. Felt empty and somewhat boring. The workers were helpful and i did managed to get what i was looking for. Also it wasn't busy despite going at midday. However even Warehouses in South Auckland are much larger and better to shop at which is pretty sad especially for a large shopping suburb like Botany.nnSelf service - Problems with self service machines both times. No-one there if you need help. Security is pretty useless as well. Unlikely to be back.
