Wrong price on product, got told by staff yeah its right. Paid for it went to pick up wrong product.nThen paid more cause they changed the ticket.still fine till here, understand human error happensnBox full of dirt didn’t even bother to wipe it a bit.nThen when went there to know about product how it works, and is not doing job did not expect replacement or refund, just wanted to check if it is finenTreated like we are waste of time and lying.nThe boys at the pickup bay is really friendly and welcoming.

Unpleasant and condescending experience with floor sales reps - some old Asian guy, mixed of black and white hair. Rude individual, probably needs to retire. Date of visit: 13/07/25 around 3:30-4:00PM.nnFirst thing he asked when we engaged to talk was “buying or renting?” In a way he wanted to hear me say renting. I do dress up in quite relaxed way on my weekends for a young person who owns 3 properties.nnI was after a washing machine, we discussed top loaders & front loaders. He kept saying the dimensions of our new property’s laundry room was ‘sad to hear’ and ‘unfortunate’ at least 3 times because it can only accommodate the top loaders. It’s a very brand new and modern laundry set up, maybe his old age couldn’t understand.nnAll in all, I don’t really expect highly of Harvey Norman staff to be honest, but a certain level of professionalism should be maintained.nnLuckily, I chose not to buy here and went elsewhere with better service.
