The place is incredibly untidy and unprofessional. I found a mass of ripped open seeds so i started picking them them up and got accused of stealing them but that idiot security guard accused me of opening something completely different. You need to clean up the store because it's never been the tidiest warwhouse in new Zealand. It's a disgrace to the warehouse name. You should be ashamed of the place
Omg came and done my shopping last week man there was a long que to checkouts luckily I was in the line served by a curly hair boy he was fast saw that only he's line was going faster than the other checkouts so happy to be served by him and great smile.
The manager is absolutely rude and should not be in a customer facing position. There security has no brain behind his eyes and looks like a confused lost puppy every time. Do better you guys.
Tonight me and my wife got to the warehouse about 8:45pm and we walked in the entrance one of the workers told us we only have 7mins I was thinking you guys close at 9pm so just got some stuff and not long I got told to leave koz the manager said they are closed and it was only 8:49 and one of the workers on the mic closing in 4mins and it was only 8:51pm got to the Check outnAnd one of the workers on the mic we are closed and that time it was 8:53 yeah I know you guys want to go home you don't have to rush people out you guys close at 9pm not 8:47pm or 8:50pm you guys close at 9pm
Me and my dad went shopping today at Clendon Warehouse, and there's this lady that works there name Ashnitta. She served us with a big smile. The service she provided us was 100% excellent. She helped us from the moment we came in until we were all done. When we got to the checkout, me and my dad somehow needed more stuffs so I ran back to get them but she was so patient about it. This young lady is amazing and hope one day her kindness will be rewarded back to her.nThank you Ashnitta, God bless & will see you again.
