Great out of great services provided by the Warehouse Manukau, All the team members are so nice and very helpful. they are always keen to help in any way and hve a good sense of humour.

Huge store, friendly staff members, plenty of items to choose from. Some of the items are also quite unique to this store. Parking spaces are plenty. However, staff members are very slack with picking up phones; so better visit them in person, or do online ordering.

Terrible experience as never get what looking for. Always checked the products availability before visiting store but always disappointed. Even staff is not approachable and supportive

So sick of this warehouse. My second click and collect order and the staff at the customer service centre are horrible. Old islander lady’s with a attitude. Please fire the useless lady’s or reallocate them away from customers. I’m sick of it. I’ve never had a problem with click and collect orders from other stores.

This place lacks good customer service, value for time, you have to wait for getting served. Very poor attitude towards customers.
