Rude, dismissive, and unprofessional service — avoid this storenAbsolutely appalling customer service at the Ormiston Warehouse Stationery print counter.nFrom the moment we approached the counter, the staff member was cold, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in helping us. No greeting, no eye contact, no basic courtesy. When my wife explained she had emailed a document for printing, the staff member barely glanced at the screen and incorrectly claimed the attachment was missing. It wasn’t.nAfter my wife resent the email, the staff member walked off to serve another customer. When she returned and was told the email had been resent, she again made no effort to properly check and instead dismissed us with a vague excuse that emails take “five minutes” to arrive. This was clearly a tactic to avoid serving us.nThe attitude throughout was patronising and judgemental. The facial expressions and body language made it very clear we were not welcome. We had our children with us and eventually decided it was better to leave than continue being treated with such disrespect.nThis was not a technical issue or a busy-store problem. This was a staff attitude problem. If you value basic professionalism, respect, and customer service, I strongly suggest going to another Warehouse Stationery location.

Great store, provided you don't actually want to buy anything or speak to a human being. Their inventory system is apparently based on pure fantasy, and the staff must be highly trained in looking aloof. It’s rare to find a team that derives so much joy from making paying customers feel uncomfortable.

Yeah avoid this branch. They are a big waste of time. Don’t know how to do their job nor communicate. Came for an order collection once and got told they didn’t have the item and it was coming from Nelson. Came the next week to collect a different order and waited 15 minutes for neither of the two staff to be able to figure out how to do click and collect on their computer. Can’t even apologise either. Wasted my time, made me late, and didn’t even get my order.

Krish is super star! He helped me to select my product and gave me appropriate information. I hope his boss gives him a pat on his back for proving good customer service. I hope other employees follow same practice.
