Entertainment staff member does not work after 10pm? We got sent here from the customer services desk, but the Indian lady could have told me that the entertainment desk is closed for the day. The item I was after was locked in a cabinet. I was trying to get a gift for a 5 year old. I went over to the desk thinking someone could see me standing there via their cameras. There was no bell. You'll get the best experience from Manukau branch if you don't have to deal with customer service or ask staff for help.
