Had the worst customer service experience here! I was looking for a specific hi-vest and asked a staff member for help from the clothing department. She was extremely rude – no greeting, no smile, just pointed and said “you’ll find it there.” When I asked again, she repeated herself in the same rude way.nI went to the help desk and they called the same staff member again. She looked annoyed to see me, spoke rudely again, and walked away instead of helping. The front desk staff apologized for her, but that kind of behavior is unacceptable.nIt honestly came across as discriminatory and made me feel very unwelcome. The Warehouse really needs to provide better customer service training – no one should be treated this way.

The best customer service this morning - thanks to the lovely lady who went out of her way customer service to help me unlike Botany & Ormiston where nobody cares if you can find someone to help - why are they working for you??. Guess Manukau now my homestore even tho I live in Botany. Thank you!!

Service over here is so pathetic. Useless .I asked 2 ppl for help in clothing department there's a girl she looked so missed off over something as if she don't want to be there .like she literally was so angry .hire ppl who loves there job warehouse manukau .or train them .they don't have any idea wats on special etc etc .but luckily supervisor Veena was so helpful at checkouts . 25th may 4.50pm Sunday. Train your clothing team please

Bad service here with a staff member, and they never answer calls ever, I am a regular and have never been able to get anyone on the phone. unprofessional.
