The Warehouse - Auckland Airport

I give three stars all because of old tiny Indian lady that works checkouts. She is often judging us giving me and my family dirty looks. Scans our shopping rough or sometimes way too slow.nnOnce asked the reason for her behavior she starts to argue like we're the problem.nnShe sees we have heaps of the same items in the trolley and asks for all of them up. Just to make her job easier we count how many and tell her. She doesn't seem to believe and wants everything on the counter. We put everything up she realizes it's way too much and complains but she asked for it up though. I personally believe she should be places elsewhere considering how bad her customer service skills are which is poor. Indian lady 0 stars.nnShe should take serious note from Richard Asian Worker at checkouts. He is an absolute gem his manners and customer service is an absolute 100/10. So lovely, warm and welcoming. Chatting and just a big ray of sunshine. I recommend you go in his line all the time. Top notch I tell you. Ricard is 5/5 stars.nnAs for the other Indian woman you need to do better lady! Leave the negative energy elsewhere.

5-stars for Richard at the checkouts! What an awesome asset to the store, he has great customer service and a fabulous personality. We loved him. The store itself is good and we found some awesome clearance bargains in the sports section. Best time to buy pool toys is in winter folks

I got passport photos taken here at 10 pm on a Saturday. I couldn’t be happier with the service!

Worst Warehouse store. Over staffed but you still dont get service. I have been here to 40mins waiting for someone to find Fererro Roche chocolates as advertised on their website where it says available and in stock but the staff cant even bother looking for it. Everytime I ask someone to help, they say its not their job. I saw 4 satff standing at checkout and talking to each other as they had no customers to serve at the checkout yet none of the 4 staff bothered to help me find the chocolates. Its Easter so stop wasting customers time and do a better job. I drove from Manukau TW aa they didnt have it and get here at TW Auckland Airport branch and they have but but cant provide customer service to find the chocolates. TW stop hiring lazy people.

Terrible. Website stated they had the item, staff said the system said they had one. Had three staff for 30min looking and then they claimed the system is always wrong so they don't have it. Said it happens all the time. Waste of time.
