5-stars for Richard at the checkouts! What an awesome asset to the store, he has great customer service and a fabulous personality. We loved him. The store itself is good and we found some awesome clearance bargains in the sports section. Best time to buy pool toys is in winter folks

I would give 0 star to customer service.nOne of the lady supervisor is so rude and doesn't know abc of customer service.nI went to click and collect my product but it didn't fit in car so have to leave it back and I was requesting to add notes just for my product security and then she started moaning at me either you leave it or take it back.nQuestion to Warehouse: is your system dumb that your staff can't enter notes after product is marked as collect or is your staff under skilled??

Why do you never answer your phones at any time of the day and the delay in click and collect is annoying given that online it shows 1. STOCK AVAILABLE 2. Falsely advertised that pickup would be after 6pm same day and then delayed by 2 days or.more in reality only after being baited to pay.

I got passport photos taken here at 10 pm on a Saturday. I couldn’t be happier with the service!

One of the best place to get the bargain, I go K mart all the time but I come back to shop at the warehouse again due to the price is getting more friendly. VH
