Thank you so much Rose! who answered the phone straight away and assisted me, she was in charge of click and collect last night Thursday 4th of July. She was super professional and had the best customer service! please pass on this good feedback to her I wish her all the best in the near future!

To the lovely lady named Megan who served myself and daughter today ‘ THANKYOU’ . Thank you for your excellent service & not judging us by the way we looked. Your customer service was very helpful and outstanding and truely appreciated. I usually skip coming here cause of all the eyes you get from the staff but today we walked out happy with not one complaint.

Staff has been asked to find product which has been showing in stock, personally I have seen them moving around for 30mints and avoiding all the work, then work to the counter and advise the cashier that nothing is on shelf and now he is going on his smoko.. lol classic warehouse staff..nthe 1 star is for all the other hardworking staff who is making a living out there

5-stars for Richard at the checkouts! What an awesome asset to the store, he has great customer service and a fabulous personality. We loved him. The store itself is good and we found some awesome clearance bargains in the sports section. Best time to buy pool toys is in winter folks

I don’t care what flaws this store has, Richard Handsome Asian Gentleman makes up for everything with his AMAZING service! Always a blast coming to this store, even driving all the way from Pukekohe, I have no complaints after that experience!!
