The Warehouse Royal Oak

Terrible! Needed to spend nearly $600 on uniform. There is no one available to help. The people at the checkout couldn't process my jacket so I left without it. They are almost out of popular sizes and not sure when more will come in.

Just wanted to share my appreciation for the staff here! They're always happy to help. I had another great experience today, Asho or Alo, I tried to read the name tag from far away saw me struggling, offered to help and I found what I was looking for. She was so helpful despite it being busy, Christmas and 9pm! Not the first time customer service here has been superb either so highly recommend!

Excellent place to shop your day today household stuff at good price. They have all the products with variety of range in quality and price. The staff is very helpful and kind. Plenty of place for car parks. Open 7 days a week. The entertainment section is good and now they have Warehouse SIM which uses 2 degree network and gives plans much cheaper plans.

Easy parking, very clean and organised store. Staff visible, available and helpful. Approached the supervisor and a staff member to find the KitKat Christmas cabin kit, they went out of their way to find me 10 boxes immediately.
