The Warehouse St Lukes

They have great variety of things, it’s a bigger store compared to the one in Auckland Central. There were Black Friday discounts going on. Got the potting mix and compost for the garden. Staff was distracted, I needed help with things but they just watched no one actually helped. No greetings at the billing counter or while leaving the store. Won’t recommend it.

Staff members are friendly, courteous, very helpful and attentive. The shop is quite huge and stock plenty of appliances and other items that will tickle you fancy. The quality is not too bad, though prices are now getting much expensive that a few years ago. Some items are priced competitively while for some other items, the price is still too high for its quality. Have plenty of parking spaces at the front, and at the side of the shop.

Terrible ServicennI have visited this location multiple times, and the experience has consistently been disappointing. The staff take an unreasonable amount of time to deliver prescriptions, and even then, they often provide incomplete orders. There is always an excuse for the delays, and the level of customer service is poor, often bordering on mistreatment.

Finally the warehouse is getting better after K mark took a lot of their market share. The item is getting better quality and the price is much similar with k mart. It good to see the warehouse back to my flavor shop. But I still like k mart more due to the overall product and price. I can see the warehouse is working hard now. VH

The warehouse is located on the other side of St. Luke Mall, has decent car parking. It is a big store and you can buy range of things, from cheap to medium quality and prize. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
