So tell me please why do I have 4 prices for the same pants? It's a $6. difference. So why? In the name of little lemons, Why?
Incredible service received from Bernice who actually took time to help me with my query. Deserves a raise or a promotion to management as she knows how to actually speak to customers and help them.
Pretty good warehouse with plenty of parking. Is great that it is in a shopping complex too so makes it convenient to visit if you need the shops around. . Other than that is a pretty stock standard Warehouse. Although to note it hasnt been updated like most other warehouses have been. So it does feel a little tired and worn. . Has everything you need here, including a garden centre, electronics, whiteware, books, clothes, shoes, stationary and cosmetics.
Sales person asked if they could help me then had no idea where anything was or if they had the product I asked for on top of it tripped on his own feet also never answer their phone lines
I put through an ordered 15 days ago, still has more than half of the items with - in progress - showing! isn't this 2-4 business days yet that possibly you want to proceed my order?! worse online shopping click & collect experience ever!!!!!
Clean, well set out and it wasnt busy when i went in. A few specials they had on and staff were very friendly. Loads of parking available
The toys and food are really cheap. Some of the clothes are really comfortable.
The old guy, at the entrance was super rude I accidentally forgot to put my mask on and realised I had one but had ink all over it I asked the guy nicely if he had one to use and apologised and he was like oh I seen you just walk in without one, then yelled and said put the mask on Literally will not come back . Worst customer service experience
I ordered some stuff online. It came in one item at a time. I have to drive an hour each time. But they didn't have one item. So they said they refunded me, but I never got it. I also returned a tv wall mount that was a bad product and that refund never showed up in my bank either. These guys are terrible. There are not enough staff in the store either
Overall satisfied with very good bargains in this place, especially the items for clearance.
