Shoutout to Ryan or the manager at the appliance section for sorting out a washing machine delivery issue that was ongoing for few months. We bought a LG combo unit a washing machine and dryer stacked in one unit and its working great.nThe delivery team called in the morning to arrange the time, they were on time, quick and professional.

Very lovely staff. Totally appreciate the service and love the Bissell. The male staff member was lovely and extremely patient while I was in hospital placing an order over the phone. He was very intelligent and knew his products and job process very well. Hard to get such efficient and knowledgeable and friendly staff these days. The lady who processed the payment was lovely aswell and so too the gentleman in the loading dock. Thank you.

I was guaranteed the item I purchased would be available to pick up on a specific day but as I initially expected was not available. I clearly advised the item was needed no later but was totally lied to when i said il go somewhere else. very very disappointed totally thinking of getting a refund as will have to go somewhere else to buy another.

I've bought heaps already from these guys over the years from beds to amps to tvs to phones to gaming stuff to just about anything they sell. Today we bought a consul table. We always get serviced well even with returns. So thank you and today thanks Mohammed for the great service.

Many sales people standing around talking, none greet or offer customers assistance. I tried getting help but was told I don't work on that side sorry. Basic training would suffice. Welcome the customers, ask customer their needs, assist customer to the correct department
