Harvey Norman Westgate

Took 2 appliances down to Westgate today and was taken care of by Dan, I had almost nothing in terms of paperwork to go off but Dan was very professional and helpful and we managed to find the warranties/ purchase info and have them both booked in. Awesome customer service!

Mother in law ordered a table in chair set took over 2 weeks to arrive from Hamilton ..when my husband went to collect only table was there so left it so he could collect all together.went today to collect 2 days later 2 of 4 chairs arrived staff did not want to help and were quite uninterested /bit rude like they didnt care.so i had to go up to help even though the 2 guys who were there could have. Wouldn't recommend or shop there.cant give no stars but if I could I would have. That is one of the worst customer experiences I think we have ever had

The guy at the photo kiosk very helpful, I learned alot from his patience, thanks for trying to help me , unfortunately there was a problem between my phone and your photo machine , also if you are a walk in customer , why should you have to wait for a online order that wasn't currently on the telephone, why did he turn his knose up at me for asking for assistance, the lady she was fine , yet the guy who was peering at me , all of a sudden did not want to assist, I'm a paying customer and I'd expect to have a better response next time because that particular stores always been 100 percent with me, must wandering whats in the water down there in Westgate northwest , one man can turn many away when he shows no interest in helping a customer, that's the purpose of the store under my understanding. Thanks though I will be back ,

Purchased a new phone, perhaps not the cheapest price in town but their tech support transfered all the data from my old one and set up the new one for me. Great service and super helpful.

Competitively priced products, all the staff are very pleasant and personable - makes the shopping experience really smooth and enjoyable, heaps better than their competitors. Air conditioning in shop, very neat and clean retail space with an uncluttered layout.nWhen approaching main counter there is a nice walk past all the beautifully displayed lounge furniture settings, makes me straighten the cushions at home
