Harvey Norman Westgate

I recently visited Harvey Norman Westgate to purchase an electric mop. I was promptly assisted by a friendly young lady at the counter who was both kind and helpful. The store had a wide selection of products, and I found exactly what I needed. The staff's excellent service made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.

I bought a new mobile phone from here and they bent over backwards to give me an amazing deal and helped me through the complex decision making of understanding it and transferring data. Personal and trustworthy. Will go there next time for sure!

I went in to purchase an item last Saturday and found the service and product outstanding for our needs. We didn't know much about the product we needed and I felt we were guided in the right direction all the way. So much so, that we went back and bought a second item and spoke to Dan on the phone followed by Leigh in store. Once again we received the same fantastic service. The sales rep who helped me decide on my purchase yesterday afternoon answered all my questions and did a brilliant job. Excellent and honest customer service is hard to come by these days and not overselling any particular product.nnThe younger sales assistant was super friendly and very helpful and the best thing was that they gave me space and time to choose the product that suited me and my family.nnThe actual shop, which was immaculate, had a fantastic range of refrigerators with a good range of prices. There was even a pink one.nnThe delivery was in less than 24 hours. Josh and the other delivery guy just delivered the product ten or so minutes ago. They are excellent at their job. Super quick, super careful and super friendly. Fantastic customer service. Josh also gave me a quick call with an estimate time of delivery and followed it through with a text when they were about ten minutes away.
