The Warehouse Glenfield Mall

Beware of their barcode scanners, it multiplies to a couple of quantities, You'll be surprised you'll have 2+ quatity. Better check before paying especially if you're buying multiple items. Happens to me 3x already..

Excellent customer service by LEON. Sold me a phone in a minute. Very convincing. Helped me register with ZIP on the spot and explore too many options. Keep the guy don't lose him.

Indian lady staff and the security guard were so rude. My partner with my baby comes to the warehouse to buy some shaving cream but he forgot his debit card and wants to paid with cash.nnHe stay in line wait for customers service to pay for it. He even give his spot for an old lady to get serve first. Unfortunate only have 1 staff can’t deal with cash payment and she was start long process to hire a vacuum with another guys who was not in line and claimed he was in line earlier.nnThe lady was horrible and shouldn’t work in customer service if she can’t handle the situation or ask for help when customer waiting for too long. Every other staffs just standing around and can’t handle cash as she reckoned.nnThe security guard was bad also when told he gonna help with the payment but he just wanted to make customer go away.nnIf this is the way you guys dealing with customer waiting too long in line then it should closing down like other warehouses.

Totally useless but I should have expected it! I spent a decent part of today trying to buy some Aqua shoes from various branches of the Warehouse in Auckland.nnI checked for stock in my size on the website before going to Albany showing stock and was told by an employee that it was inconvenient to get my size out of the stockroom and that I should go to either the Milford branch showing 8 in stock of my size or the Glenfield store showing 2 in stock of my size. I went to Milford and was told that the 8 pairs in my size were packaged up ready to be sent to another store and so they refused to sell me one pair.nnOn my way home I decided to check the Glenfield store and sure enough, they had no stock in my size.nnWhat a complete waste of most of my day! I will not bother shopping here again.

The Warehouse in Glenfield Mall is consistently clean and well-organised. I have been a customer at this store for literally decades and the staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable.
