The Warehouse Glenfield Mall

Excellent parking and easy access. Lots of spacing between aisles and items so there's always space even when busy. A good number of self-serve counters. It could do with more than one pay at the counter option.

Big shout out to CHRIS on the information desk.nI was exchanging a product and his diligence, attention to detail and professionalism were exemplary.nHe took the instruction manual and very carefully checked to make sure that all the parts were accounted for and that they were professionally repackaged.nI’ve not come across that sort of care and concern for an employees company before and I hope this reference is helpful to him.

Not bad at all !nYou can pick up quickly whatever you need! They have practically everything someone might need in daily life!

Don't bother calling, they never puck up. Customer Service look at you puzzled and it's always a mission getting a refund. Some prices are higher than the Woolworths now, too. A few bargains but not budget friendly anymore.

I was disappointed with the customer service I received. When I asked about the sale items, the lady at the counter came across as dismissive and confusing, as though my question was a bother.nnLesson learned: take a photo of the shelf prices, as the receipt doesn't show which items received a discount. Unfortunately, when you reach the counter, not all staff are friendly or willing to answer questions.
