The Warehouse Glenfield Mall

It was heaps stuff on special. Me and my wife did some baby shower gift shopping. Everything there for your needs . The warehouse is inside the mall.

I placed an online order on 30 November for pick-up at the Glenfield Mall Warehouse. The last reminder email I received was on Monday, 9 December. When I went to collect my order, I discovered one of the items was missing.nnWhat made it worse was that I was never informed about this item’s unavailability – no email, no notification, nothing. When I asked the staff about it, they simply told me it had been cancelled.nnThis is incredibly disappointing. The communication was poor, and the entire process was slow and frustrating. I expected better service, and this experience has made me question whether online ordering from The Warehouse is worth the hassle. I hope others consider this before shopping online with them.

Always says online that they have stock and then when you get there its a different story. Has happened a few times now. At the end all you hear is sorry we don't have. Wish the Management can do their work to insure stocktakes.

Nothing I set out to purchase was there,nNo lap top putty, no red leather conditioner, as was shown as available in store on the website. Has happened more than a few times now.nif it aint there dont show that it is- update your website and keep on top of stocktake.

Customer Service need addressing, I asked a staff member where I could ice trays, I was at the back of the store near the kitchen items and she advised me that I will need to walk to the front of the store for someone to tell me where I would find it then go back to the section I just came from.nnIf she didn’t know she just needed to be honest and ask another staff member where I would find it
