It was heaps stuff on special. Me and my wife did some baby shower gift shopping. Everything there for your needs . The warehouse is inside the mall.

An assistant went well out of his way to assist in finding a baby doll that was indicated online as marked down but I was unable to find. He searched shelves and climbed the ladder and after I had given up, he persevered and found one! I’m really grateful for his kindness and help- no one could have done more.

Terrible experience shopping here today by my daughter who was accused of being a family of thieves in front of other customers Little did the person who said these comment know that she has never taken a thing from the store ever. In fact in the last fortnight she has spent over a thousand dollars there. Shopped there regularly and never had a problem. Well I can see why the warehouse is doing so poorly at the moment. They don’t want paying customers. We will all now shop at KMart. I’m sure they will want our money and treat us better. Oh and by the way. We will be letting all our friends and family members know too. Shameful behaviour by one staff member has now cost you a lot of money

A huge shout out to Gabriella at Glenfield for going above and beyond to help me find the right cycle helmet for my grandson. So polite and friendly - nothing was too much for her. You are a true asset Gabriella. Thank you!

Big store some helpful staff but lady at checkout was all alone and was incredibly unprofessional with no knowledge on any products. She had a big queue and was mainly turning people away.
