As directed by Apple support, I called Harvey Norman Wairau Park one of Apple authorized service provider for the availability of the technician regarding my recent apple watch purchase through Apple store. The guy advised that I need to pay $70 as Apple does not cover software issue during warranty period, which this is bizarre to me. Then I called Apple technical support and was told that this extra $70 charges is also sounds unreasonable to them, because what Harvey Norman do is just ship the item back to Apple for repair, not to mention that it should be free of charge during the warranty period. Luckily Apple technical support was being helpful to set up the repair return process for me without any charges!nnIf you have any issues with your purchase via Apple Store, you may just go get help from Apple technical support directly, don’t waste your time with Harvey Norman Wairau Park!
