We bought a washing machine here at wairau Harvey. Very disappointed when we unpacked it as it doesn’t look and feel like it’s brand new.nUsually new products would have protective film around that needs to be peeled off. This didn’t come with that. It already had “signs of use” marks. And not just that, it has MOULDS in it.nnAnd when I get in touch with the customer service, they said that they also have the same MOULD marks with their display. So it means they didn’t send us a brand new one but instead an ex display product and doesn’t want to replace it.nnUPDATE.nWairau Harvey Norman managed to get back at me, thank you to customer service Priya and Grant for helping us sort this problem. They replaced the machine and delivered it at their own cost. Thank you for that. It was a bit hassle as we didn’t able to do our laundry for 6 weeks, hence the 3 star.

I want to commend your staff member, Josh, in the washing machine department. I purchased an Electrolux UltimateCare 900 washing machine and tumble dryer combo in October 2023.nIt was an excellent deal and he gave the most excellent service I have ever had. Josh went an extra two miles to give me the best possible deal. I had waited a long time, because with finances being difficult, I needed to make sure I bought right. He was very knowledgeable about the products and able to answer all my questions, and was very friendly. All this time later I am very pleased with my purchase. Josh is a staff member to be valued, he really looks after the customers who come his way, which is an asset to Harvey Norman. Thank you.

Very nice store.nHowever sales people only promoted the higher end products..think it be better to lower expectations.but well mannered and friendly

Great store and great service. I bought a camera lense that I was looking for and the sales team member told me about cool promotion to switch to one nz and get $200 gift card. I was interested in it and switched over with their help in no time
