Update-nContacted Samsung service as same issues happened again. They charged ZERO on me. cheersnnYou’ll be happy with their service as long as you’re buying something. the sales staff are helpful. However, once you need to make a warranty claim or contact customer service, it’s a completely different experience.nnThis was actually the first time I had ever contacted them for support after purchasing many items for my new house. The staff repeatedly told me I would be charged if no fault was found with the product. It came across as more of a threat than a clear explanation of the policy.nnThe potential fee itself wasn’t the issue. I’m more than happy to pay for peace of mind when it comes to essential household appliances. The whole experience made me feel like customers making genuine warranty claims are treated with suspicion and made to feel guilty. I sincerely hope the quality of the customer service one day matches that of the sales staff.

The service is this Store is unbelievable! I had a problem with a dryer that I purchased here and emailed the store. Within 30 minutes I had a phone call, resolving my issue and providing a replacement, and just incredible service, from the Customer Service Team, the Assistant on the floor right down to the two guys who delivered and installed the replacement. They were friendly, helpful, efficient and caring. You can't ask for more than this. I have been a long-term customer of this Store and they never fail to meet expectations. Very disappointed with the warranty and customer servicennI have purchased many products from this company over the years, including furniture and electrical appliances, so I have been a loyal customer. Unfortunately, every time there is a problem with something, I feel like the response is always: “It’s your fault” or “You caused the damage.”nnSo I honestly want to understand — what exactly does the warranty cover?nnIn this case, the sofa has broken, and I am being told that it is outside the warranty because I supposedly caused it. If a sofa cannot withstand normal use or a reasonable amount of impact without breaking, how can the customer always be blamed?nnI expect the products I purchase to be made from good-quality, durable materials. If something breaks from what should be normal use, it shouldn’t automatically be blamed on the customer.nnI have spent a lot of money with this company and have purchased many products from them, which makes this experience even more disappointing.nnIf almost every problem is considered “customer damage” and excluded from the warranty, then what is the warranty actually for?nnVery disappointed and definitely not the level of customer service I expected as a long-term customer.
