The Warehouse Albany

What a terrible experience this morning. I picked up 4 hand towels, blue with a border. On the shelf as displayed, advertised buy one get one half price. Discovered I was charged the normal price and went back to check. Same lady at the checkout told me the barcode was different so sent me back to the display where a staff member was waiting for me. He said the sale wasn’t for the blue one. I’d like to know which colour was on sale because it isn’t advertised on the price card. False advertising!!! Got my money back from the check out person who didn’t care , and left disgruntled.

Really tidy store and always well stocked. Makes shopping here pretty straightforward

Couldn't get hold of anyone on phone.nThought I would let you know skateboarders still skateboarding in underground carpark despite the signs saying no skateboarding.

Terrible service ever. I placed 2 click and collect orders just because it said I could pick anything from 6pm. Then I get an email it’s delayed and then another email again delayed. Finally got email saying some items are ready for pick up. I asked the customer service that I can see all my pending orders are available in the store but you guys still have it marked as pending. I was told they can’t do anything and I will have to wait as my order must be coming from another store and I need to wait. I leave the store and then just 35 mins later I get an email that my order is ready for pick up. I am sure no delivery came at that time as I checked out at 8:10 pm. Worst service and experience provided by the staff.

Not one to normally leave a bad review but honestly avoid this place at all costs! Barerly any stock anywhere and staff were the most incompetent bunch I have ever come across in retail. Could not find a beach umbrella for the life of us, we asked a staff member they had no clue where they would be and redirected us cutomer service we were LAUGHED at by staff and told to look in the outdoor area which we had just been looking and not been able to locate the beach umbrella even though there was availability online. Going back to look again we asked a third staff member and they said they dont know probably scattered around the middle of the store? How 3 seperate staff members are not able to locate something as simple as a beach umbrella is honestly mind blowing, is that not what you are hired to do in retail? We ended up going to Briscoes where we greeted by staff instantly and were able to get an umbrella and pay for it within 3 mins of arriving.
