Excellent service from the team! I've been repeatedly visiting during their excellent Lego Sale on. Each time I have been the staff have been eager to help and always have a positive attitude! It's a special moment for me introducing Lego to my son, so having them be extra attentive to my son during our time here and always being kind and considerate during their work makes the experience very special!nnP.S, The Warehouse's prices RRP before discount are ALOT cheaper than other stores like Whitcoulls!

I must command the excellent service I got today at the Warehouse Albany. A product I needed was not on shelf. The customer support went out of her way to find one in the shop but none was available. So she phoned another shop Glenfield and had one reserved for me to pick up on the same day. Excellent service. Thank younHelen Hadlee

I had an unpleasant experience at The Warehouse Albany.nWhen I made a polite suggestion about one of their store rules, a staff member named Luke responded in a very unfriendly and dismissive way. His attitude made me feel very uncomfortable, and I felt there might have been some racial bias in his tone.nI hope the management will take this matter seriously and ensure all customers are treated with respect.

Poor customer service. I initially ordered an item online since the only warehouse that had it in stock was far from me. However when I received it, there was a faulty part to it, so went to get it exchanged at the Warehouse in Albany. There was a rude worker at customer service who then proceeded to give me a refund and didn’t even ask whether I wanted a replacement. I was stumped. She knew I wanted a replacement, but wasn’t offered this option because they didn’t have the stock despite the fact that I had paid for delivery in the initial transaction. Maybe I should have spoken up, but she appeared like she was annoyed that I was even talking to her, so I left it at that. I did have two other items in the initial order, but I only got those since I was paying for the delivery anyway.

Good selection of products, great customer service, while looking for a product we had a lovely staff member who went above and beyond to help us locate the correct size, although the correct size was found to be out of stock, we were very thankful to have such great customer service.
