The Warehouse Albany

I purchased a washer dryer 7 days before from Albany and still no trace about the delivery. When i asked status at customer service, without apology they telling me that they don’t know n I have to call online delivery. I purchased more than $1000 product and paid delivery fee to them. They will not call n unable to tell me anything about delivery.nnVery frustrating, surprising and super poor service. It seems they don’t have proper procedure for the product delivery. The store is happy to sell product but not any other cooperation with the customer.nnNot recommended at all.

Today I went to Albany warehouse at 8:40pm. I requested to customer service reception to change my induction cooker but, staff told me it’s not cleaned properly. After this, I cleaned it and again went there, but again staff said it’s not cleaned and they started to argue with me. Staff said many unwanted reasons to return back product with me. Finally, staff said it’s time to close the shop. I think its better to say straight away rather than saying so many unnecessary reasons and not even have professional manners. Staff is very rude and misbehaved.nI was unhappy and disappointed.

Soundbar that I purchased was listed as the wrong product that wasn't actually stocked by The Warehouse and the actual product was a whole $29 more expensive. The Warehouse wouldn't honor the difference which is a small cost of business for customer satisfaction and for me finding the error for them. The automated digital pricing system seems to be the fault and will continue to create issues. My server was super helpful and pleasant but the manager was no use and didn't see listing the incorrect product and the incorrect price as a problem.

You need to uplift your standard.nAs you can see from the images the mould is there luckily the images are missing the nasty smell.nI left my details some of the manage to contact me - nah - no way why they should call me?nKeep up the bad standard guys.nAs I mentioned previously do not delete this message - all your customers should know what kind of “surprises” they can get especially now when the Christmas is approaching.

Absolutely useless been trying to get hold of them all morning and no one is answering the phone. I work at farmers and we always have someone answering calls.. great customer support warehouse NOT
