the biggest warehouse at the North Shore..they are making changes to the shop layout and everything is mixed, so lucky we got 50% for the yellow tags. Love shopping at the warehouse and grab many cheap bargains..

Had very bad and Unexpected experience today with customer service- telling me taking too long with kids picking up order- took less than 5min at the check out! I don’t know if I should write her name- as she probably stressed out too due to long queue.

Quite difficult to find stuff you want. The shelf layout is not very intuitive. In addition, stock level is either too low or just slow to top up the shelf. Was there a few times with shelves half empty even pre COVID time

Amazing service with click and collect while Covid 19 has gotten in the way of opening stores, I’ve ordered 3 Times and the orders are placed & ready on the same day. Impressive!!
