I used to visit The Warehouse to buy stuff but not anymore, as their product quality is not good, and hasn't changed for a long time. I feel bored whenever I go there. Especially clothing that is very old fashioned, are not so attractive at all. Have you guys research your competitor such as K-mart. They are really selling lots of products everyday, even though they do not have many shops in NZ. Wake up Warehouse!!

Went to the entertainment department today to purchase a Chromecast, staff member didn't acknowledge us, so we asked.for assistance and he said he will be with us in a moment as he was helping someone else then he walked off and we never saw him again. After about 15mins another staff member appeared in the department again, didn't acknowledge us even though we were clearly waiting around and again we asked for assistance, then she said she was going to get the person with the keys. Then the person was called out over the intercom to come to the entertainment department. Another 10mins passed and another customer tried enquiring with a passing staff member and I told him 'good luck mate! We've been waiting for 20mins now and spoken to 2 staff members to no avail'.nFinally the staff member shows up and asks how she can help I had seen this person walk straight past us at the entertainment department after the call out on the intercom! I told her about our situation to which she did not apologise and only asked if it was the guys with the glasses. Rude, useless, and unhelpful staff!

nWheelchair parking and accessibilitynIts a big sized store every layout of the warehouse is different.nWhen you shop you are left to browse around untill you need someone to help you and there is a staff member happy to help out.nWhat i noticed at warehouse are the new brands especially for mens.nGood style and quality.nIt has a garden centernand a grocery departmentnFree WiFi is availablenZip is acceptable here.

I saw some Panadol in special and decided to take 2 packets, when I went to the counter the Indian fat guy took one away from and rudely said I am only allowed to take one, I asked where does it say that, he said it’s written on the place where I bought it from , I went back and could not see any signs saying that, see attached photo , was this fat rude Indian at the counter trying to bully me, he needs to chill out and warehouse chemist should put signs appropriately if customers are limited to products
