The Warehouse Westgate

Westgate the warehouse is the Misleading Warrhouse ever seen in New Zealand. Just done some shopping with my family over $100 at Westgate and had this first bad Customer service experience from The warehouse.nBout 2 kids wares as photo attached and was displayed $10. When scan came as $15. Josh a team member went and checked confirmed it's not $10 as it is not a Sandle.nI was not happy went with Josh and went to show him where I got this and the whole bay full of Kids foot wear clearly seen in photos What Josh said it's not a Jandle it's a Sandle. My question to Josh can you show me any sandle in the bay where they put the Price tables up. He has no answer. Jandle or sandle we buy what they display. Josh was not a very polite person as when I walked with him he was saying you just waste my time. . I am a Customer with Warehouse group for over 13 years and been in Retail industry for whole my career this is the rude and very poor customer service I have ever seen in New Zealand.nI just bought other stuff and came out with my first ever bad customer experience from the warehouse.nAttention warehouse group*** If you or your customer service team member think you are right in this situation please do not hesitate to contact me**** I can still proof you have misleaded customers by displaying this price labels in this specific bay***** Mistakes can happen but overriding $5 for Customer satisfaction is not a very big deal as the ware house group is a big organization.nThanks

We had been the to Henderson store tonight to buy something and it was an absolute mess, things had been thrown all over the place I guess with the busyness of Xmas. What we were after was shaking as in stock online but we couldn't find it in all the mess of everything so there was a very kind gentlemen who tried to help us find what we wanted but he had to apologize in the end as apparently they had quite a few pallets that hadn't been unloaded yet,.which is understandable this time of year. We left there wondering if we should even bother trying at Westgate store as we expected it to be much the same, but not at all. The Westgate store was so tidy, everything was so easy to see and there wasn't stuff just thrown everywhere in the aisles. I didn't see what I was looking for on the shelf though so again I asked a staff member to help and I should have got his name because he was so polite and found what we were after straight away it was a dream baby adjustable window shield just to jog his memory and we came in Sunday night after 9pm, can't remember exactly time sorry so if you can pass this review onto the staff member not sure he will remembers us but we were so impressed by the store and his customer service that we wanted to thank him for his help and politeness. Highly recommend this store it's so tidy so must have pretty good management too

So, out of the 12 warehouses I have shopped at, this has the least selection...only 1 type of bathrobe, a very few selections for fluffy pajamas, and bugger all help.... this warehouse needs a shakedownnnIt's 2024 snd things changed, they now sell dead plants too

Thank you to Lucy who went the extra mile to help me find the right size 'Unisex Printed Frog Clog' shoes. The Westgate store didn't have the size I wanted, so she used her mobile to scan the product barcode and she was able to inform me that the Warehouse Westcity had stock on hand. I was able to purchase the right size shoes from Westcity. Lucy, you're worth your weight in gold! I hope your store manager recognises and acknowledges your commitment and dedication in providing your business with percent customer satisfaction. You saved me a lot of time and effort in finding these easily. Love and appreciate your work

Will NEVER shop here again. Staff were absolutely USELESS!! Not friendly. Stock was poorly organised. My item was in stock showing 8 and the stock room was “too messy” for them to be bothered to go and get my items. I traveled a long way too. Couldn’t get through to them on the phones either before I even got there. Lousy experience.
