The Warehouse Westgate

Had to get the name of the staff that helped my partner and I. We accidentally dropped a bottle a milk and she was so sweet about it. Thank you so much Rebecca for being so lovely. Will definitely be back ! very happy with the service she provided

Went to the entertainment department today to purchase a Chromecast, staff member didn't acknowledge us, so we asked.for assistance and he said he will be with us in a moment as he was helping someone else then he walked off and we never saw him again. After about 15mins another staff member appeared in the department again, didn't acknowledge us even though we were clearly waiting around and again we asked for assistance, then she said she was going to get the person with the keys. Then the person was called out over the intercom to come to the entertainment department. Another 10mins passed and another customer tried enquiring with a passing staff member and I told him 'good luck mate! We've been waiting for 20mins now and spoken to 2 staff members to no avail'.nFinally the staff member shows up and asks how she can help I had seen this person walk straight past us at the entertainment department after the call out on the intercom! I told her about our situation to which she did not apologise and only asked if it was the guys with the glasses. Rude, useless, and unhelpful staff!

I went into the warehouse at Westgate today and met the most helpful and pleasant assistant, she was so lovely , she talked to us about the television and gave us some great advice.nThis lovely young lady, is a credit to your store, she's super helpful intelligent and is supreme at customer service.nPlease thank her for me, as this lady really was fantastic

I saw some Panadol in special and decided to take 2 packets, when I went to the counter the Indian fat guy took one away from and rudely said I am only allowed to take one, I asked where does it say that, he said it’s written on the place where I bought it from , I went back and could not see any signs saying that, see attached photo , was this fat rude Indian at the counter trying to bully me, he needs to chill out and warehouse chemist should put signs appropriately if customers are limited to products

Pretty typical department store with a whole set of aisles dedicated to different goods i.e. footwear, tops, bottoms, furniture etc. Went here specifically to look for Golden jandals to bring home as a souvenir but they only have one pair in stock. Luckily it was in my size, but still pretty slim pickings. Looks clean though and the staff is nice.
