Kmart Henderson

Recently placed a click and collect order that showed all items as in stock. Out of the 6 items I ordered, 4 items were refunded, and only 2 were available. Had I known this, I would not have placed the order as a click and collect or at all for that matter as it is a a waste of my time going to pick up just a few items.nUpon collecting my now extremely reduced order, my daughter and I decided to walk around the store to see if my other items were indeed out of stock. Imagine our surprise when we started to find the items.nI guess staff here just couldn't be bothered looking for items....

I wish I could put 3 1/2 stars, but 3 will have to do for now.nI normally love shopping here, but as of late it's a mine field of racks and their product trolleys scattered all over the store - in so many aisles as well as blocking the walking areas.nIt's now a safety issue which has to be fixed.nI spoke to a lovely young lady who told me that there was so much stock they couldn't store it out the back and that's why there is an over flow.nI'm sorry, but that's not good enough.nTo the management, It's a safety issue, all it takes is one person to have a serious accident.nAlso, please, please, please return the seats to the ladies shoe area. How on earth are we supposed to try on shoes?nDo we have to hike all the way over to the changing rooms to try them on? Really?nNot all of us are stable on our feet and some can't even bend down.nThe staff, albeit so few are nice, but try and find one .... that's another story.nI look forward seeing the nice, tidy and safe Kmart store very soon.
