Kmart Henderson

Bad service. Came in for a return which was sorted easily, but then waited 10 minutes at click and collect pressing the “Press for Assistance” button with no one coming. Had to go to the checkouts and ask for help, only to be told the button doesn’t work. At least put up a sign saying it’s not working so customers don’t waste their time waiting.

I recently took my kids to Kmart Henderson during the school holidays, and they were so excited to go shopping there. They found some toys they really loved and were very happy with their choices.nnHowever, when we got home, we noticed one of the toys was missing a part. I went back to the store to ask for an exchange, and I’m very pleased with the service — the staff were helpful and quickly replaced the item without any hassle.nnMy kids were very happy to get their toy again, and I really appreciate the great customer service. Thank you, Kmart!

is a great one-stop shop for affordable and practical shopping. The store offers a wide range of products, from clothing and homeware to toys and electronics, all at budget-friendly prices. It’s a go-to spot for finding everyday essentials and trendy items without breaking the bank.nnThe layout is spacious, and the aisles are generally easy to navigate. However, during busy times, the store can feel a bit crowded, and it might take longer to find specific items. Restocking could be improved, as some popular items tend to sell out quickly.

Disappointed with the customer service at Kmart Henderson and the product quality. I brought back an Anko Anti-Allergy Bagless vacuum that emits a very strong dead fish odor from the internal parts when turned on when it's reaching one year warranty. Even after buying and fitting a brand-new filter, the smell persists, making it impossible to use inside the house. The duty manager declined a refund because she said it's not an electric fault, but since the smell makes it unusable, it isn't fit for purpose. I owned several other brands' vacuums in past decades, all of them last long and none of them had such weird dead fish odour.nAlso, there's no way I could put customer review for a product I purchased in store on Kmart's website.nFrom my experience, The Warehouse is a much better place to buy both for product quality and customer service. Any customer can put product review on The Warehouse's website.

Very disappointed with both the product quality and customer service at Kmart Henderson.nI recently attempted to return a broken bin that cost $55, expecting at least a reasonable discussion about the issue. Unfortunately, the store manager showed little interest in listening to the concern and immediately dismissed it, stating that the refund policy only applied to electronics.nWhat was most disappointing was not the outcome itself, but the complete lack of empathy and customer care. There was no attempt to understand the issue, inspect the product properly, or provide any alternative solution. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional.nA bin is a basic household item and should be fit for purpose. The fact that it failed and the store was unwilling to take any responsibility raises concerns about product quality and after-sales support.nCustomer service is about listening to customers and handling concerns respectfully, even when a refund cannot be provided. Sadly, that was not my experience at Kmart Henderson.
