Saturday 27jan 2024 bought a set of bubble wine glasses, got home and went to wash them but found they were not all the same, colour difference, no bubbles on 2 and defects in the stems and bases, 1 had a crooked stem.nTook them back and had to physically go through 10 boxes to try and find a set of 4 which weren't perfect but as close as possible to be the same heights etcnMake sure you check before you buy if you want a set and not oddsnNo quality checks from the suppliers or retailersnBought a dish drainer from Kmart Henderson that seemed ideal.nThe drainer basket is fine but the drip tray has not been moulded properly as it rises in the centre and causes the water to build up on the outside which very quickly overflows and floods the bench topnThe concept is great but the execution is notnI have tried hot water to try and soften the plastic but may need a heat gun to carefully re configure the shape from convex to concavenThe drainer returned is in the photos

Just moved to Ranui recently, and at 11.15 pm Friday night had the urge to go to K Mart Henderson to buy a stool I had seen recently. When I got there, small problem, I had left the wallet behind, didn't have banking app and was gambling on rushing back to Ranui to get my wallet and hopefully get back before closing at midnight. Then God sent Cass. She said, how about you transfer money on your phone from your bank to mine and then I'll pay it for you ... I was floored. This was brilliant lateral thinking. Didn't have to rush back home, got the stool without having to come back the next day. And now happily sitting on the stool at home typing this review, happy as Larry. Cass, that was 5-star service. You deserve the National Humanitarian Award, if such a thing exists. Bosses please take note of this outstanding service.

Love a good trip to kmart, always has the stock I'm looking for! May I just add that the entire time I was in there over an hour every worker was buddied up gossiping except just one worker I noticed plum/red hair with glasses actually tidying stock and cleaning pm shift.

Staff members are friendly, and eager to help. They go above & beyond to make sure that you'll have a great shopping experience. All of their shop have large floor space with much better quality than the warehouse, but at the price-range lower than the warehouse. I used to hate shopping at Kmart, BUT it's now one of my favourite place. The quality has been improving, while still maintaining wallet friendly price tags. Clothing sizes have much wider range, so not just plus sizes clothes. Unfortunately, online shopping experience isn't as good, as the business gives much higher priority to in-store shopper than their online customers: If you think that you can beat in-store customer by placing your order online, then you're wrong. Their website also messed up, so although the website says that the branch have an item on stock, in real life, the store might not have it at all.
