is a great one-stop shop for affordable and practical shopping. The store offers a wide range of products, from clothing and homeware to toys and electronics, all at budget-friendly prices. It’s a go-to spot for finding everyday essentials and trendy items without breaking the bank.nnThe layout is spacious, and the aisles are generally easy to navigate. However, during busy times, the store can feel a bit crowded, and it might take longer to find specific items. Restocking could be improved, as some popular items tend to sell out quickly.

Kmart has lots of stock at really good prices. The quality is very good for those prices, much better than The Warehouse. I recommend to look online and think about ordering from there because they have more stock and the courier fees are very reasonable. A few of recommendations – keep your online stock up-to-date, have enough staff to answer the phones and tidy the store.

Terrible at best. Cramped, struggle to find what you want/need, self serve checkouts are too slow resulting massive lines taking 20 plus minutes on the weekends.nnStaff need to be placed strategically around the store to improve the customer journey

Negative click & collect experience: The staff member on duty was very rude.nnOn arrival at the fitting room desk I warmly greeted him & he did not even bother to say hello back, in fact he seemed annoyed I was there.nI stated I’ve come for my click & collect order & still he didn’t speak a word - no instructions, nothing - luckily I knew that he needed to scan the barcode in my email, so I held it out for him to scan. Still not a word spoken from him.nHe then walked off with a trolley again without a word and I had no idea if I had to follow him or how long he’d take. He still hadn’t spoken a single word.nHe then came back with the items & stopped the trolley in front of me - no smile and still no words spoken at all.nI felt annoyed at this point, but politely said - “is this all of it?” and finally he said “yes, your receipt is on the box”.nnThat was the only thing he spoke in the whole service interaction. How rude!nnI just came back from Aussie & I must say Kmart NZ is terrible compared to Aussie.n• Customer service is horrible here especially in Henderson ! St Luke’s is better though.n• Ver messy stores - not well maintained.n• Staff seem less willing to help/annoyed if you ask a question.n• No click & collect ‘direct to boot’ service.n• Little to no stock.nnIn Aussie I’d always do click & collect as it is usually easier than bringing my young baby through the shop.nBut every click & collect experience I’ve had here in NZ , is similar to this one in that the staff seem annoyed to have to do their job.

Always cheap. Very busy Kmart. affordable homewares, furniture, electronics, toys and kids clothing. People make in this shop everywhere.
