Almost everything is available for the house and for the whole family at genuinely low price.

You need to change the opening hours on you’re website it says it’s open but I’m currently parked outside waiting till 9am

When you go in, you see a bunch of staff ranging from 4-5 standing by the door talking and no one seems to at least give a greeting. They just stare at you at keep talking. Only 1 checkout is open with a staff member while the rest is self checkouts. Felt like I was entering a cemetery. The place is also a mess especially by the homeware and Manchester section.

I bought a bedframe from The Warehouse West City on a Sunday. The staff at West City while instore were absolutely amazing - they should be credited for their great customer service! I was stoked.  Due to some systemic error I was given next day delivery for free for the bedframe which was great. I was told the bedframe would be processed Monday and delivered Tuesday so I was very happy.  On Tuesday I called the store to see where the delivery was at. I rang the store a collective total of about 12 times. It rang and rang and nobody picked up. Either the phone is on mute, the store is understaffed and can't answer, or nobody cares about the constant ringing. I then rang the 0800 number and the representative got in touch with the store manager. I was told the bed is waiting to be picked up and no guarantees it would be delivered Tuesday.  Usually next day delivery is something like $80-$100 at The Warehouse. If I'd paid I'd most definitely be asking for that money back immediately. There are obviously some operational/systemic issues at The Warehouse if 1 they can't even pick up a phone call and 2 they charge for next day delivery and then can't even come through on that. Whoever is in charge of these systems higher up at The Warehouse and in store at West City needs to rethink what they're doing because promising next day delivery and then recanting on that is a joke.  Very disappointing after having such a nice experience instore. Most large stores can come through on next day delivery - why can't The Warehouse? Their operational systems must be extremely poor. Will rethink visiting The Warehouse from here on out.

They've been alright the few times I've been in lately. The staff when you come in aren't very friendly, kind of just stare at you no hellos or anything. Stock is good and full most of the time.

It has a lot of stuff to offer. Prices are decent too. Waiting to be served is pretty slow. Only a couple of counters are available when you have to go through them.

The worst customer service! I asked them if they can help to buy the phone but none of them wanted to come and show the phones! Never come go back again!

I went today .. and make me so feel uncomfortable being followed by the security guard. Is that How you treat your customers?  Make me feel BAD I looked like im gonna steel something. Is it because im carrying a big bag for my shopping ? They should put a station where customers can leave their belongings. Or just put alot of CCTV cameras so you woundnt be following a legitimate customer. Ill avoid coming to this place and better Spend my hard earned money at K mart.

Staff were less than helpful. No trolley’s available so had to carry a large flat pack to my car with no help from staff only ‘you need to go find a trolley’. Rude and unwelcoming.

Monday night my daughter and I went to The Warehouse for stocking fillers. We had only been there a few minutes before we got stuck, there was a team member who helped out with a big smile, and later we were on the opposite side of the store and once again he was there to help, daughter said it was like having your own personal shopper! Checkouts were just as helpful and the jewelrey bar was unattended, daughter went to ask for help and the assistant was there before she returned, excellent service from a top team.
