rude lady at the counter. straight after a purchase i realised i got the wrong item which was totally on my part so i asked the person in the front if i could go back and exchange it for the right thing although i had already ripped the tag off the item and she said yes, the ladies should be able to attach the tag back on and sell it. i got to the counter and lady said yes and took the item away so i went and retrieved the right thing that i needed and came back to the counter and was served by another lady because the other one was busy. i explained to her that i had been with the other lady and she yes to the item exchange and she said “can you say that again i didn't hear you” in a very rude and dismissive way. i said it again and she grabbed the item and said “why did you take the tag off? now we are unable to resell it. you should have checked it before you left.” which yes i understand but she was raising her voice and said it with such a rude tone. also as i said i had asked the lady in front and she literally said they can resell it and the other lady SAID THAT I CAN EXHANGE IT!? terrible customer service. she needs more training before she comes across the wrong one who wont let her speak to them the way she did to me. didnt get her name but she had blonde streaks in her hair and is a person of colour i am also a poc and this was around 11am. once i get her name i will be writing a review again because she needs to get another job if she cant handle returns or exchanges.

I couldn’t find what I was looking for. Luckily, Luke at the counter was really helpful and friendly. In next to no time, he found exactly what I was looking for out the back. This worker deserves a pay rise or at least a bonus

Please save everyone an awkward interaction and invest in self checkouts. The staff doesn't greet you or even thank you. Honestly, I felt like I was doing the customer service.nI came here three times over the past month, and it's either the checkout staff just not saying a single word or they are just chatting with their coworkers. There's not a single bit of priority either, they will see you wait at the counter right in front of them and still take their time to finish their conversation.

Nice place. Always has deals. One stop for household items. Close in city.
