The Warehouse Newmarket

While I was here I interacted with two staff members and both showed bad attitude while speaking with me. I had a simple inquiry about the location of some of their products and the first told me to wait while she finished doing her task, which I was happy to do. However when she was done and I asked her my inquiry she told me to go find another customer service in a snappy tone. As far as I could gather she was an Indian middle age lady that was sorting out the jewellery section I then went to find another customer service representative and she showed me the area with the products I was after but the attitude she gave off was that she did not care to help to the best of her ability. When I asked if there was anywhere else that sold the product, she gave me a sharp “no”, and turned away. I was very disappointed with the service here. On another note, I went to check the price of some products and found that the actual price had been written over and it was hard to read the price.

Compared to the one in Auckland Central, this Newmarket branch is bigger, has more product options and self-checkout machines. It's definitely a better option for someone who lives at the corner of Grafton Road and Park Road such as myself.

Bought cookies and cream! they are the best in town

Absolutely horrible! Not only does it never have the items in stock that I am looking for, they never seem to answer their phones and now they charge $1 handling fee for every document you want to print/ scan/ copy. Guess what... I paid that $1 for them to press a button and am still waiting to receive the documents I required scanning.

Terrible service from the manager, but the young staff members are very friendly and always willing to help. I recommend choosing a different warehouse in Auckland City big no to Newmarket the others provide better service..
