The Warehouse Newmarket

Compared to the one in Auckland Central, this Newmarket branch is bigger, has more product options and self-checkout machines. It's definitely a better option for someone who lives at the corner of Grafton Road and Park Road such as myself.

Really good warehouse, small but everything you need here. Lots of discounts, and plenty of summer gear in stock pools, water sports, outdoor furniture etc. An easy self serve checkout . There is a carpark too but have to pay.

Great store has everything you need + the Warehouse stationery at the back. BE CAREFUL about parking, you get 30 mins free but you have to register your number plate on the app or machine on site. I didn't see this and got stung with a $85 fine for less than 30 mins parking. Never used to be like this!!!

Went in to get a click and Collect order and was told that I needed to wait to get a text. Which I had no receive however I got a notification from the app. So I asked her if how long it would take as the app when ordering said it would be ready to click today and not any longer than that. She said to wait atleast 24 hours and I shouldn’t have come in without the text saying I just needed to be patient since it’s almost Xmas it’s November.. Not wanting to argue I just walked away.When I walked away I realised I forgot to ask a question and once I came back I heard her talking about the situation and mocking me to her other coworker. She spoke down to me and made me very upset. Never had such poor customer service before.

So hot. Literally.nnBeen a few times in the last month and definitely will not be coming back until summer is over. The heat is insane with no AC. Feel bad for the staff.
