Immigrated back from Perth to NZ with the Moving Company NZ. Our insured home contents travelled for 3 months from Perth to Malaysia to Auckland. We received our home contents on 30 June 2026. We connected our 75 inchTV to our disappointment the glass was damaged. Our insurance advised to visit harmony for a replacement. Met with Kabal M in the TV section whom was very friendly and professional. He gave us a good deal as per our insurance cover which was a 85 inch for the same price. Delivery was arranged for today between 2pm and 5pm. The friendly delivery gentlemen Martin and Rivah phoned me to say they were stuck in traffic to our place in Titirangi. As we know that's Auckland traffic for you. They arrived at 5h14pm which was an amazing time. They were so professional and polite. Delivered the TV with care. They were very respectful. Thank you Martin and Rivah, hope you guys have a restful weekend. Much appreciated for your hardwork.

My wife and I where in the photo centre at Mt Wellington shop today, and were very impressed with the help and politeness of Chas T , and nothing was to much trouble. We had such a lovely experience with the team at Harvey Norman Mt Wellington. Nitish and Tess were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while helping us look for furniture. They made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable.nnA special mention as well to the moving team, Ali and Sio. I think the hard work and effort that goes into moving furniture often gets overlooked, but they were absolutely amazing. They were extremely careful with all our items and really looked after our home throughout the whole process. We truly appreciated everyone’s care and professionalism

Bought a Google streaming device and just over a week later the price dropped on a sale.nNeeded another one so went back and mentioned that previously the same thing had happened and I was refunded then charged the sale price. They refused to do this and also would not price match the Noel Leeming price for the new one I required which was $30 cheaper.nI've been a loyal customer of Harvy Norman for many years but will now shop around.
