I am writing to give my highest praise to Kenneth and all the Harvey Norman team!nnMy old refrigerator broke down unexpectedly, and I was worried about all the food inside going bad. I placed my order and made the payment at 10:00 AM this morning, and to my incredible surprise, the new fridge was delivered right to my home by 11:40 AM – less than two hours later!nnThe speed of service was absolutely outstanding, and Kenneth was particularly helpful in guiding me through the selection process and ensuring the quick delivery was arranged. Thanks to their efficiency, none of my food spoiled, which saved me a great deal of time, money, and stress.nnThis level of professionalism and customer care is truly remarkable, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of household appliances.

Customer service needs improvement badly. Wrong model of wall oven delivered then when correct one delivered it didn’t have a user manual. Although I called and was assured it would be emailed to me or sent a link for it, nothing happened after more than a week. Buy from Noel Leeming for better customer service

Bobby Singh from Tech department provided me with excellent customer service recently. We purchased a chromebook with 3 year product care 2 years ago. However, there were some screen and battery issues with the chromebook. We took the chromebook to Harvey Norman Mt Wellington and were assisted by Bobby. He was very patient to help us completing the product care claim and explaining the process and ETA etc very clearly. The claim got approved within 10 working days with store credit approved. Bobby's great service, knowledge and customer focused approach made the entire experience smooth and stree-free.

I’d like to recognize TROY from appliances department our visit was for our Shark vaccuum cleaner who was exceptionally helpful, accommodating, understanding, and considerate. He acted quickly to our request and made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. DEBORAH was very helpful as well, she was very patient & helped us decide on our purchase that best suits our requirement. On a separate note, we had a very unpleasant experience with our cellphones' product care still waiting for resolution by the way...but employees like TROY & DEBORAH truly encourage us to return to your store and remain loyal customers. Their outstanding service absolutely deserve recognition.

Its not my normal practice to provide recommendations, however If your thinking of purchasing anything computer related or indeed a new PC or Laptop, then this is the team to contact. Don't bother chasing around and wasting your time. Just ask for Bobbie or Chandan who did a brilliant job for me when I purchased a new PC, and who were both patient and extremely well informed, including transferring a massive amount of data from my old PC. Nothing was too much trouble, and after making earlier enquiries at another chain with literally no response....it was a breath of fresh air to deal with them. I cannot recommend highly enough.
