SO today is my turn to put this well deserved review online....Today the sales assistant Harry helped us.He was amazing , friendly and patiently listened to our needs and advised us accordingly. The customer service I received from Connor was great! He was really helpful when I called in to enquire about the new iPhone stock levels as every other place was sold out. Once I got to the store, he processed the sale for me very smoothly and I walked out with my iPhone surprised with how easy it was to get my phone after searching everywhere. This gives me great peace of mind that I will be able to shop here in the future knowing that there is amazing staff ready to help.
I just went in looking for advice about a new camera and laptop and what I got from Connor! Was amazing advice. He pretty much gave me a degree about photography in less than 5 minutes! I now know all I needed to know. He even told me there is a camera expert there on particular days. It was exactly what I needed to know and he was very helpful and committed to explaining everything well and telling me what I needed without trying to screw me over or anything. He's an example of a good salesperson and retailer. Thanks Connor, seriously helped me out and when I go to buy expensive tech, I'm coming to you and you guys haha!nThank you!
Exceptional service we bought a new phone at the Auckland Home Show and opted to collect it at the Mt Wellington store. Ended up purchasing a case etc in store due to the service and customer care we received. Our man went above and beyond, friendly and professional. Thanks so much
Was in looking at fridges and washing machines and was pleasantly surprised at the level,of product knowledge of salespeople. I am a bit of a tech geek and they answered all my questions and then explained it to my wife who while more highly educated than me is not a tech geek. Well done guys.
