Used to come here and did shopping many times. Luckily, came again today to buy some Cork Yoga Blocks for some DIY thing. Rightly priced. Will be back again.

Pathetic customer service during click n collect The staffs were very rude they dont know how to serve the customer very disappointed with the servicenI understand that festive season is around the corner and pretty much sure that store is busy but that doesn’t mean you serve the customers rudely telling me that the items wont fit in my car when infact its my vehicle and i know better whether it will fit or not Go and improve your skills on serving customers than come on the floor

I went into Kmart Papatoetoe to return a recall on product Portable Blender only to be turned away and told a receipt is needed.nI later checked the Kmart website, it says a recall product must be returned to the store with or without receipt for refund. This is standard safety.nWorkers for Kmart Papatoetoe please understand product safety!n‼Update: Kmart NZ have been notified and they will look further into the matter

Most excellent click and collect experience in level 3. order was ready in just under 3 hours. very clear instructions provided. despite them looking extremely busy in the store, they all seemed to work like a well oiled machine!!

A nice place for shopping at Kmart till midnight if you have nothing to do at home. Kids love this place. Night market every friday night.
