I ordered online. Went to click and collect to pick up the indian lady that served us very poor customer service. If anything it was like we inconvenienced her. She bought my order over in a clothes basket and just handed it over to us while still on the hangers. We told her we don't need the hangers just kind of shrugged. This is the first time I've ever picked up a click and collect order NOT BAGGED...DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE...sure way to lose customers. Won't be ordering online from this KMART Sylvia Park again...

Kmart, Kmart, Kmart, what is going on? Sylvia park is an absolute mess. The clothing is all mixed up, so difficult to find anything, it's all over the place. The stock doesn't reflect what you are saying you have online. There was one staff member attending to a return, meanwhile there were four of us customers with flashing lights on at our tills for one reason or another. One person had to go into the store and find a staff member to help us all. The staff member doing the return couldn't give a dam, she did not help or call for assistance. Really gone downhill in my opinion. Please tidy up your store it's a shambles. St Lukes are doing so much better.
