I had the most wonderful experience at the Sylvia Park store last night. The staff were lovely, I had to make a return for some Lego I bought online, and I dealt with three staff as I had lots of queries and they were so friendly and helpful. The store was beautifully presented and even the shoe section had nothing on the floor it was all tidy! Thank you Kmart Sylvia Park :
Been calling customer service, they said its available 24/7 but no one's bloody answering the phone...nOrdered a change table wth drawers online when it arrived after 4days,next day when we supposed to assemble it,, drawers have crack on it, scratches and hand prints, it doesnt look like new, it looks used...nBeen calling customer service but bloody heal no ones answering..
Kmart is the best one stop shop in NZ. Only thing to improve is their online store - the inventory is usually not accurate. Nevertheless I wish to compliment one of their team at Sylvia Park branch, Claudine. She is exceptional at her job as a customer service assistant. I did an online order and as I was in the area, I took a chance to see if my items were ready which weren’t yet but she went above and beyond to get me my order sooner without going through any hassle. I wish we have more of her kind in customer service. Thank you Claudine for helping out a busy mom today!
I want to sincerely thank the amazing staff at Kmart Sylvia Park, especially Rogan and Joyhopefully I got the correct names.nnOn April 21st during the busy Easter holiday around 1:30 PM, I lost sight of my 4-year-old son while we were shopping in the store. Despite the heavy crowd, Rogan and joy responded quickly, and helped me find him safely in a short time. I’m truly grateful for their efficiency, kindness, and calm under pressure. Thank you so much!
Great range and value for money as always. I purchased a full puppy prep kit including feeding station, bowls, bedding, toilet training pads, harness and toys and all under $150!! So good.
