Excellent selection of items available at Farmers. It is conveniently located in Botany mall surrounded by other shops.nThere is huge variety of kids, men’s and women’s clothing.nEnormous amount of kids toys to spoil them. Mind blowing variety of cosmetics also available.nGood variety of household items and kitchenware is also available.nOn select days you can get a good deal of specials.nSince it is in a so parking is no problem but could be hard to find on a weekend. Always pleasing to see staff available in the store to help.

Some of the lady’s in the perfume department are really rude, especially the filipino lady, she kept following me around when I was having a look around for some perfume that I wanted to buy.nnShe made a big issue about me coming to the store today & said I’m sure that I will see you back in the store tomorrow.nnSome of the staff In the perfume department need to be changed with better staff who are not rude and not have a bad attitude towards customers, who are shopping at the store.

I feel really lucky to have Josephine provide the service. She is very professional in offering advice on perfumes when I’m unsure which one to choose. She’s incredibly helpful in recommending the right skincare products for my skin after conducting skin tests. Lovely lady—will definitely come back again!

Truth be told I went to look at a suit. The assistant came over and asked my about shirt size. Then he said if I need any help once I had the suit on no problem. I walked out and looked over at the service-purchase counter. There was a tall young Indian man with curly hair and a beard and I attempted to gain his attention, I failed repeatedly. He was to busy talking and flirting with a young lady working the counter. I stood there like a store mannequin and was never noticed. I didn't approach because all my personal belongings were in the change cubicle. I just gave up and walked away from a minimum $300.00 purchase because Mr. I'm Too Cool never bothered to even look. Despite me waving and gesturing. Frankly I have no idea why I even bother having a Farmers card as it makes for zero good service. So instead I went over to where they sell all the good men's aftershave and body spray etc. I purchased a 75ml of Davidoff Cool Water for $59.00. The lady who served me was courteous and professional. I could have gone to the Chemist warehouse and bought it cheaper but their level of service is similar to the curly haired young man; none. Miss.378663 Operator went above and beyond and gave me three test samples of other brands. She was awesome and that alone would make me return in the future for further purchases.
