Kmart Botany

This review is more so for an employee rather than the store itself.nnJust now at 5:37pm, the checkout area was packed with 4 customers wanting assistance at the self checkouts. 1 employee was onto it and helpful towards the first person whilst your employee Caroline was asked by another 3 customers for help in which she declined all 3 and said the other employee who was already busy will do it. She stood there unhelpful and then left. Her tone and customer service was not polite nor appreciated whatsoever.nnCaroline please do better next time you are asked to help in a situation in which you get paid to do so…

K Mart Botany is always my husband’s favourite favourite shop in Botany.nnAs my husband needs Oversized pants, K Mart is the best place for him to get these pants.nnWe will go there again at Easter and we highly recommend you to take a look there.

The store is overall very messy and it is very hard to get through a few of the aisles which have been blocked by products on the ground. Due to the messiness, it is sometimes quite difficult to find a specific item.

Messy unorganised store , staff behave like it’s a major chore working there, untidy always much rather go to Sylvia Park…. friendly accommodating staff and very tidy store….. nothing is a bother to the staff….. very helpful unlike Botany

Worst click and collect ever. I did click and collect to avoid the endless queues. I waited for ages only to have the most apathetic woman who didn't appear to care if the world was about to end. Some of the products are great but the customer experiences are woeful. Whoever designed them clearly has no accountability or ability. Never again in a store evernnUpdate: Got home and as expected. Please listen, I actually expected it. The king quilt SET I ordered had no pillow cases despite the website and packaging showing 2 x pillowcases.nnI guess I got what I expected.
