They have some rubbish products that don't last long, like their blender. Then they don't do a return without receipt even though it's obviously from kmart with their brand name and has a date code within warranty. The warehouse stuff costs a bit more but tends to last better

Manager was unhelpful and aggressive as I asked question on why they couldn't refund my online order; I understood it was because the thing I had was now on clearance from 25$ to now 15$ however under the nz consumer guarantee act I should get a refund or replacement of the value of purchase. I will making a complaint to the area manager for the disgusting behavior of the manager as when I said fine I'll take it to another branch she tried to snatch the thing back off me. disappointing experience today . unhelpful staff who redirected tasks without resolution. online stock display was inaccurate, as the item listed Baribie camper van was unavailable when I arrived at the store.

Store layout is not particularly clear - signage is lacking which made it difficult to find things quickly. Otherwise customer service was fine.
