Bought warm shoes from here. It was on special. Heaps of stuff on sale. Looks nice and tidy. Big carpark. The carpark looks really clean.

Purchased plate set in box. Discovered that plates were missing. Rang them up to notify them they said they will have a full set ready for me when I come back. Returned back to the shop informed staff with receipt that there is a full set ready for me to pick up. they stated that the staff whom told me this, Lied there is no full set available as they stand there on there phones laughing. Then was Advise to go to another wharehouse and swap there.. If you Purchase something that is boxed. make sure you open it up and check, as some of the items maybe missing and you will have to get the run around and laughed at by staff. Who would rather be on their phones than help you.

Last night right before closing my friends and I had to do some last minute printing - Giselle from the printing area at the warehouse stationery was so patient and kind with us. We had a few questions and particular things we wanted and needed help with - and Giselle helped us with such ease and in a friendly manner. She is a lovely team member you have and felt prompted to leave her a great review for her!

I ordered a mascara that said it was available for same day pickup over a week ago, and my order is still not ready in store. The employees that I have talked to over the phone and in person are really lovely and doing their best but the date I am told to collect it keeps getting pushed back with no indication of when it will actually be here. Stock needs to be better managed and The Warehouse should deliver on their promises of pickup times. I specifically chose to buy from here because of the same day pickup and it is disappointing that this has fallen short.

Usually I am able to walk in with an electric scooter, have done since day one of getting it, no one has ever had complaints before. For some random reason this time I wasn’t let in with the scooter. I found it very odd, as they don’t even have signs up saying they do not allow e scooters inside their MASSIVE store. Not to mention the terrible staff that I’ve had the displeasure to talk to. Fix your eyebrows they look like caterpillars, you know who you are.
