Harvey Norman Mt Roskill (Computers & Electrical Only)

Brought a laptop today. They said its brand new and seal was not broken. Suddenly disappointed once go home and checked. The seal was broken and laptop has been used. Simply liars. Not buying a single thing from them again.

Recently got iphone 16 pro max from herenReally while waiting period was 3-4 weeks everywhere.nI got it in a weeknThankful to team and specially Mr. Manoj who guided me wellnCheers!

I recently purchased a monitor from this store, but unfortunately, it turned out to be faulty. When I provided video evidence of the issue, instead of replacing the unit immediately, I was informed that I would have to wait several weeks while they investigate the matter. As a result, I am currently without a monitor and do not have the financial means to purchase a new one. I would not recommend shopping at this store due to this experience.

Extremely helpful staff, willing to go through hurdles to provide me with a positive outcome! Very friendly as well! I didn't quite get their names but I believe it was Mellisa and her colleague that were assisting me!

their product knowledge is great, however that's where it stops. We bought a few big items from this store an had a pretty negative exeperience dealing with a TV installation, which is outsourced by Harvey Norman. We have had an issue with the TV which stopped working after 3 days and yes that happens but the store staff tried to quote some legal cosumer policies at us instead of being helpful. The tv was sittin packed in a box for 3 weeks due to their delays with the TV installer, but they were trying to tell us we had 14 days to return the tv which was now over.. their rescheduling was a joke and the tv installer always shows up late... even after all the issues nobody bothered to prioritise us at all. We waited till 3:30 pm for the guy to come. The store manager has helped us with the issues however the entire experience with the after purchase care was hopless and I am definately sure I will not go back there . The staff should have a equal amount of training in customer service that they do in product knowledge.
