Harvey Norman Mt Roskill (Computers & Electrical Only)

Brought a laptop today. They said its brand new and seal was not broken. Suddenly disappointed once go home and checked. The seal was broken and laptop has been used. Simply liars. Not buying a single thing from them again.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the misinformation and lack of transparency I encountered. I was given misinformation TWICE: once to secure a sale of a new laptop and again regarding the handling of my personal data. As a customer, I expect honesty, accountability, and respect for my privacy.nWas given misinformation regarding the purchase of a new laptop, was made aware of why it was at a discounted price - only to find out later different information why it was cheaper? Laptop was faulty so had to return the very next day and was replaced with a new laptop - had asked if previous laptop was wiped of my data and was assured that it was completely reset, would like to stress that I had asked multiple times before leaving the store. I received a call yesterday 2 weeks later asking for the password to the previous laptop, they had indeed NOT wiped my laptop of its data so lied to me TWICE about their actions. Completely lost my trust, and holding personal information without my knowledge after reassuring me that it was wiped, regardless if you accessed it or not is NOT OKAY. Very very disappointed and unprofessional.nDo not recommend.

Simran is very helpful, skillful has excellent communication skills. She is a great asset to the company. I will always buy stuffs from. I like her mannerism and have observed her phone courtesy.

Amazing Deals at the Easter Sale. More than anything Prabh's service, product knowledge & guidance was exceptional. It's very hard to find an honest and knowledgeable sales representative these days. I'd highly recommend Prabh if anyone ever visits the Mt. Roskill outlet. 5 stars for Prabh.
