The Warehouse Henderson Lincoln Road

I haven’t been in for a while, but it is still a good place to buy a couple of items cheaply. However, they should have more staff at the checkout or at least have some interest in helping customers wanting to pay, instead of making their consumers wait for that particularly hard to deal customers and giving staff a hard time

I interacted with 3 different staff on this occasion and they were all absolutely fantasticnI hope their pillows are cool on both sides tonight because they all deserve a raise!

Convenient things about this store is that it closes at 10pm and the layout is accessible.nnThe click and collect is a joke. Took about a week although it said it would be ready the next day after 6pm. Didn't receive an email of confirmation either, went into the store to check and the order was there and only half was. The rest of the items weren't ready for another week later.nnThere was a time where I was charged twice for something and I went back and they said they couldn't do anything about it, they said the manager wasn't in and was told to come back later. I went back another 3 times and apparently still no manager and they couldn't do anything about it.nnThere is always a long line and usually only one person on the checkouts when I visit the store too. I often visit after 6pm

Worst online shopping experience ever! I Ordered Christmas Tree for Click and Collection. At first I got the email, saying 5 days delay. Then a few days later, it cancelled! During their processing, I tried to call them millions of times to ask about the order information before it got cancelled, but no one picked up the phone at all! At this point, why did they bothered to add the phone number in the store then! Ruined my plan, ruined my Christmas already!!

Seems to be lacking in some things they used to have but the addition of the grocery section is quite handy as you can grab some bits and pieces while you're there saves stopping off somewhere else and toilet paper, dishwash liquid and dog shampoo all very reasonably priced.
