Big store with lots of specials. Clean and tidy place. Good shopping. Customer service was nice. Bought some plants from here. Awsome deals.

A very disappointing and upsetting experience my family had during a visit to your Lincoln Road branch this evening.nnMy wife, two children aged 15 and 9, and I decided to divide and shop separately for efficiency. My wife went to the bedding section, the kids went to check out basketballs in the sports section, and I went to the grocery area to grab a few items.nnShortly after, my kids came to find me — the younger one visibly shaken. I asked what happened, and they explained that a woman approached them and, in a very abrupt and aggressive tone, told them:nn“Don’t dribble or play if you haven’t paid for it.” So that means a customer cannot try the item first before buying it? Is this your policy?nn“Put them back.”nn“Don’t just come here and play.”nnThey felt humiliated and confused by her behavior. This woman then stood over them until they put the basketballs back. It was an intimidating encounter for two young customers, especially my youngest.nnAfterwards, we continued shopping. As we were browsing another aisle, the same woman passed by us again, and my kids confirmed it was her. She appeared to be watching or following them. I went back to the sports section to check if there were any signs that prohibited dribbling or testing the balls — there weren’t.nnWe saw her again shortly after, so I asked, “Excuse me, do you have a problem with my son?” She replied, “No, I just told them not to play and dribble.” I said, “But there’s no sign that says that.” Her response was, “That’s where I come in,” and then she walked away.nnAt that point, we decided to leave everything we were planning to buy and take our business elsewhere. On our way to the car, the same woman came outside and shouted at us, “WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?”nnThis kind of behavior is not just unacceptable — it’s disturbing. We later realized she appears to work in surveillance or monitoring, which makes it even more concerning that she would behave in such a confrontational and unprofessional way toward children and then follow them throughout the store.nnWe’ve visited other branches like West City Warehouse, where our kids have tried out sports gear without any issues. Kmart, Rebel, no issues. Staff there have always been friendly and accommodating — a stark contrast to what we experienced tonight.nnIf your store is struggling, this kind of behavior may be part of the reason why. Customers should not be made to feel watched, harassed, or publicly berated — especially not children.nnWe are deeply disappointed and hope that this issue is taken seriously. I am so so so grateful for Ashnils help for me trying to find the limited edition John Cena! He was sooo helpful, got the manager down and made sure I was satisfied with what I was looking for! Great job… definitely should get a hi five from the team!

wheelchair parking and accessibility.nOne of the bigger warehouses which has most of what is advertised and more.nThey have a good grocery area and a garden centernalso hollywoodbakery right next door if you want a bite to eat.

Pretty good warehouse with plenty of parking. Is great that it is in a shopping complex too so makes it convenient to visit if you need the shops around.n.nOther than that is a pretty stock standard Warehouse. Although to note it hasnt been updated like most other warehouses have been. So it does feel a little tired and worn.n.nHas everything you need here, including a garden centre, electronics, whiteware, books, clothes, shoes, stationary and cosmetics.
