The Warehouse Henderson Lincoln Road

Around 330pm on 22th of Dec ,we went to Lincoln road warehouse to buy a trifle bowl which was advertised online for $18 but nothing was there. However I was really impressed by the excellent service provided by a young staff member, whose name is Sam .nHe was so patient and helpful. He was very busy at that time, however he still got the ladder to look for the prodct for us. Excellent customer service. Thank you so much,Sam.

Convenient things about this store is that it closes at 10pm and the layout is accessible.nnThe click and collect is a joke. Took about a week although it said it would be ready the next day after 6pm. Didn't receive an email of confirmation either, went into the store to check and the order was there and only half was. The rest of the items weren't ready for another week later.nnThere was a time where I was charged twice for something and I went back and they said they couldn't do anything about it, they said the manager wasn't in and was told to come back later. I went back another 3 times and apparently still no manager and they couldn't do anything about it.nnThere is always a long line and usually only one person on the checkouts when I visit the store too. I often visit after 6pm

Worst online shopping experience ever! I Ordered Christmas Tree for Click and Collection. At first I got the email, saying 5 days delay. Then a few days later, it cancelled! During their processing, I tried to call them millions of times to ask about the order information before it got cancelled, but no one picked up the phone at all! At this point, why did they bothered to add the phone number in the store then! Ruined my plan, ruined my Christmas already!!

1/12/2024 10amnWalked in to store with receipt to exchange for store credit or refund for two ps5 games that were purchased with a ps5 slim only realized it doesn’t take game cds when we got home so came in on the 1st to return went straight to counter one and explained to the lady and she was “unwelcoming” and rude! These games were less than 24hours out of store and hadn’t been taken out with her rude tone she said no warehouse refunds games without even seeing my receipt just gave them back and was saying rude remarks. The security guard noticed and came over and I took my matter to him and explained look at the games and my receipt and said they were in perfect condition and paged a young girl to come sort me out and was sorted out with a refund ASAP young islander girl also she helped me get a box that was missing from my order too! So thank you to those two for your service!

I used to visit The Warehouse to buy stuff but not anymore, as their product quality is not good, and hasn't changed for a long time. I feel bored whenever I go there. Especially clothing that is very old fashioned, are not so attractive at all. Have you guys research your competitor such as K-mart. They are really selling lots of products everyday, even though they do not have many shops in NZ. Wake up Warehouse!!
