The Warehouse Henderson West City

Unprofessional staffing from my personal experience. Went in with a credit from Finance Now with $3000 and got to the cashier only to hear from the checkout staff “we’re closing in 15 minutes and I’m not checking all that out for you.” Such a shame because checking it out would have been so much easier for her than having to put everything back on the shelf again, but common sense isn’t a thing with some people aye.

I had a frustrating experience at The Warehouse in Henderson yesterday. I arrived at 8:55 PM, just five minutes before their advertised closing time of 9 PM, hoping to quickly grab a bottle of milk, which was visible and only about 20 meters from the entrance. Despite this, the staff member at the gate rudely refused me entry, insisting that the store was already closed.nnI explained I’d be in and out by 9 PM so everyone could go home on time, but I was still refused. I was even told to go to a supermarket instead! This felt like a complete disregard for a customer ready to shop at their doorstep within posted hours. If The Warehouse is truly open until 9 PM, that policy should be honored until the clock strikes nine. Pushing customers away like this doesn’t reflect well on their commitment to service, and it’s no wonder they’re losing market share if this is how they treat patrons.nnExperiences like this make me reconsider shopping at The Warehouse in the future.

Went there boxing day with our kids that had seen something online that showed in was in stock it was Pokemon related, were looking in the glass display case and it wasn't there so asked a warehouse employee and she said if it's not there they don't have it so I showed i says in stock she replied that means it's outback and we cant get it. Shopping instore at this store has once again been disappointing waste of time

Terrible costumer service and very lazy and unhelpful staff. They were just standing there doing nothing and when I asked for help to find something, the staff said I can't help you. I asked if someone else could help, he said no! I asked how can I find this item then? He said I don't know! I finally purchased it online and a few hours later it's available for pickup from the same store. Such a waste of time.

Mall is very big. Heaps of cheap selection everywhere.
