The Warehouse Henderson West City

Needed help with finding an item and the older staff was so unhelpful and no attitude to even help me just brushed me off.. I believe her name was Angelica or Angela. Shes an older staff member with a moustache. Teach these employees customer service, If you had a bad day dont stand out there in the open where you are approachable cause I needed help and you didn’t even care and bother to help you just said “I don’t know”, Actually smile that we are seeking help from yoy and you can’t spare 5-10 seconds of your time to direct me to the right place.nnI come to this warehouse when I do need something as I live locally and I do find the other staff members are helpful but really put that Angela or Angelica back to the back rooms stacking boxes till she has a better attitude of helping customers.

Went in during a real rush and happened to run into Ivan, who helped me find everything I needed right away. Excellent service — kudos to this young man!

Bit disappointed.nnI came in store yesterday and before going in I met this lovely lady with her two kids in the elevator. One was 2 and the other was 3. Kids being kids one was upset and crying. As she was leaving one employee literally said “can she not control her kids, I can’t hear myself think” he said it pretty loud and the female employees around him laughed and one noticed that I heard what was said. Super rude and unprofessional.nnIf you have something rude to say you shouldn’t be saying it at your work, especially around customers. Let alone laughing at customers or a mother with hers kids. It’s gross.nnI’ve been coming to this warehouse since I was a kid and I’ve notice some of the employees are really rude to customers and say smart remarks. Sort it out.

The prices here are pretty fair. They recently had buy one book get the other half price which is a pretty good deal. Also a PS4 game here cost half the price of the exact same one in EB games so I was pleasantly surprised and glad that I checked here before buying it at EB games
