A word of warning to anyone who wants to buy a TV here…..don’t!nWent into store around 7:00pm on a Thursday to buy a 55” TV.nStaff were TOTALLY clueless, they couldn’t do a simple HP purchase despite me advising that I had pre approved credit.nSales assistant was rude and didn’t understand the Golden Rule.nThanks for demonstrating why I shouldn’t spend my money at The Warehouse West City…I go to another store where they know their products and know how to sell.

Staffs behaviour is unacceptable, rude, blind-so and deaf. Chitchatting a lot instead of helping out customers

Absolutely diabolical service. Went in to buy a tv but woman sent us to go look cluelessly for a trolley to place tv in. If you don’t do your job properly why even work there?

Went and bought a standing freezer with West City Store in Railsude Avenue Henderson , on Saturday at 3:31pm .Pay for it and also pay for the delivery fees with the understanding that they will diligent it for menMy question is when will my freezer be deliverednToday is Monday and so far no call comes in to inform me that it’s on its waynAt 10: 40 , I give them a call three times no one answered the phone , all phone call go unswered and they advertise that their service was good , what a lot of rubbishnWarehouse is not getting any better since year 2000 but leaning towards the problems that KMart used to have in the end KMart reinvent their store and now they are getting stronger and stronger each daynPerhaps giving a complain will make them feel that their customers service is not as good as they thought
