For some reason. All the older staff are super kind and lovely, and all the younger staff have yuck attitude and zero customer service skills. Y’all were lying when you applied to the warehouse and put customer service skills on your CV’s

The prices here are pretty fair. They recently had buy one book get the other half price which is a pretty good deal. Also a PS4 game here cost half the price of the exact same one in EB games so I was pleasantly surprised and glad that I checked here before buying it at EB games

I've seen some bad reviews recently so thought I'd add a positive one based on my experience yesterday. I am postpartum so struggling to find clothes I fit that are affordable. Finally after looking for what I wanted at other shops where the clothes didn't fit me AND were very expensive, I went to the warehouse and found what I was looking for, and they were cheap too. I asked a long haired blondish woman who was absolutely lovely, about sizing, because I was carrying my baby it was hard to try things on. She was very accurate and my clothes fit perfectly. Thank you!

I purchased a few items for a new years gift but, left two items at the counter and went home. Thank you thank youuuu to the guy I spoke to earlier who had taken a tag off one of my items. He held onto my two items till I came back!! also- lovely service from him prior I didn’t catch your name but, I think he was Maori? With coloured eyes
