extremely disappointed with the customer service. The product I wanted was listed as in stock online, but the store's disorganized shelves made it impossible for me to find it and the staff were no help!!!

The Warehouse Mt Roskill is one of those stores you can rely on every time. The team is friendly, helpful, and always willing to point you in the right direction. The store is well‑organised, easy to navigate, and stocked with everything.... home essentials, kids’ stuff, seasonal items, and great everyday deals.It’s a convenient spot for quick stops or full shopping runs, and the checkout process is usually smooth and efficient. I also love how clean and tidy the store stays, even during busy hours. A dependable, well‑run local store that makes shopping simple.

This has to be the worst shop I have been in to. The store is so messy and workers are too busy talking amongst themselves instead of helping customers. It’s impossible to find anything in the toy department. Looks like there is no proper workers in the store and everyone hates their job. Toy and stationary aisles are a dump. Products put in a million different places with more products behind different products making it impossible to find anything. Don’t waste your time on this place. Management obviously do not care.

Not as many sales or variety than other Warehouse stores but you can find some good bargains. Staff are friendly and helpful. Toilets are kept clean. You'll have to go to security or counter to ask for a key as they keep their Toilets locked also wheelchair accessible.nPlenty parking outside and wheelchair accessible and disable parking avail.

Nikitha was absolutely incredible. Unlike other stores the staff picked up the phone and Nikitha ensured the item I wanted was there before I drove out. I then had the pleasure of being served by her at the checkout. She was polite, professional and made it a great shopping experience. Great store all around
