Excellent service! I left my cell phone in the fitting room and I didn't even know. The lovely lady staff found me in the checkout queue and returned the phone to me! Thank you so much!

Just bought some sheets from here and got home only to find the sheets are all wet and mouldy inside! And they stink. I expected the poor quality but the mould and stench is just really poor. Tried calling customer service and no one is answering. Store is damp, don't buy anything like bedding or clothes from here unless you like mouldy stuff.

Big fan of Kmart shopping here all the time. Today this time everything was fine until we were leaving with the trolley. The little girl at the entrance, who was supposed to be greeting customers, apparently hasn't been trained up to fulfill that. She told us the trolley couldn't go outside, so we returned it. Then she gave us a nasty look and rolled her eyes. Well, since I have nothing better to do, I thought I'd share this little incident here. worst customer service I have ever experienced. Staff member Jina at Albany check outs was incredibly rude. Tried to embarrass me in front of another customer. Had the attitude of a 16 year old. Do better

Good friendly staff, parking can be a bit of issue at Westfield Albany during peak hours as always. We were there on a Sat night, the week before Xmas, the shop selves were virtually empty and some sections are rather messy. The store should have planned better for increased demand close to Xmas so providing sufficient stock to meet customer needs.
