Delivery was very fast, which I really appreciated.nnHowever, I would kindly suggest that items be checked before packing to ensure they are ready for use. In my case, the shoes arrived with a security tag still attached, which made them unusable.nnThat said, I was very impressed with Kmart’s customer service. After contacting the help centre by email, I received a response within the same day, and the issue was resolved quickly with a full refund.nnThe only downside is that I now need to place a new order, and the free delivery minimum of $65 is a bit frustrating in this situation.nnOverall, great delivery speed and excellent customer service when it comes to problem resolution.

Big store with heaps of stuff. Usually pretty busy but shelves are well stocked and staff are helpful if you need them

Worst click & collect service in Auckland. Very careless and irresponsible team. I was there around 10pm, saw some itmes on the shelf like heaps of them but was not aure about the right sizes. I went back home, checked sizes then made the online order. Next morning I got a message that order is ready for collection but 80% if the items are refunded becasue they were out of stock. I go there to collect whatever they put for delivery but surprisingly I found all refunded items the out of stock exactly at the same location, on the same shelf at the same quantities. And of course when highlighted this to customer experience, they did not bother and tried to come up with all silly excuses anyone can possibly think of.

I find the clothes aren't as good quality but I do find that the product products that I go for our and they seem to last. Also, they are a good value so if you want something quick just to cover you in the kitchen or the bedroom or the bathroom then this is the place to go to because they have the stuff in the last bench oven that I got, lasted me three years before I had to replace it which I thought was a good deal.nnI still go to a a Kmart so I definitely recommend it.
