Big Kmart shop inside mall. Has cheap clothes, toys, and home things. Easy to find. Open late. Good for quick shopping.

Hi It is not about the Albany Store; is mostly about the Kmart NZ customer service. The AI system is ridiculous as you cannot pick what is relevant to the request. Also, asking for a human to chat, the timeframe showed 1 or 3 minutes following, however took for ages and even later the AI disconnected the chat. e.g. - Your position in waiting queue is 2.nExpected wait time: 3 minutes - then after 15 minutes - All of our agents are busy for the moment. Please try again later or contact us through another communication channel. Thank you for your understanding! - and then tried again same as above.nIs it something Kmart is working to improve or they don't care as they have huge number of customers? Is it a norm in NZ market? So disappointing.

Why on earth would you sell bedding in packs you can open and touch and feel - but then when someone buys it online you won’t accept returns? Unacceptable. Don’t bother selling online - AND make it clear on the products FABs and checkout page that you don’t accept returns.

Last Tuesday night guy told us that they havent unloaded the stocks then advised me to come back 2-3days but comes Wednesday all of the stocks gone. They should stop posting inaccurate stocks online to stop people on expecting they should prioritize there customers rather than reserving the stocks to its employees.

Love Kmart! Always something new to discover and the prices are fantastic. The store is bright and easy to shop through, and the staff are always kind and patient. Great value for everything.
