Kmart Albany NZ

Just bought some sheets from here and got home only to find the sheets are all wet and mouldy inside! And they stink. I expected the poor quality but the mould and stench is just really poor. Tried calling customer service and no one is answering. Store is damp, don't buy anything like bedding or clothes from here unless you like mouldy stuff.

Excellent service! I left my cell phone in the fitting room and I didn't even know. The lovely lady staff found me in the checkout queue and returned the phone to me! Thank you so much!

It's great that I can buy good stuff at a cheap price, but the most disappointing part about this place is that we have to endure an endless long queue to pay, and it's not easy to get help from the staff when I need it. That's why I've been avoiding offline stores and preferring to shop online at Kmart these days. It is quite fast delivery .

We were in your store earlier this evening and think we left one of our purchases behind. I have called your store - no less than 10 consecutive times, and no one can be bothered to answer the phone at customer services. We shopped at Albany and live in Kumeu, so just driving back to the store isn’t a quick trip.

HORRIBLE place to work! They treat you like a criminal! 1 staff member placed a table to stop us going to the toilet, which is a BASIC human right!nAnd a law suit waiting to happen!nWatched like a criminal, not allowed toilet breaks,nbeing timed to go to the toilet yet it takes tome to walk there and back!nIf you don't want your human rights breached don't work here!
