Farmers Papakura

Was wanting to purchase a pair of dress jeans. The brand I was looking for was not available, but found a satisfactory alternative. The staff were proactive and helpful. The jeans I bought had a discount of 20 percent.

I just bought baby pram and my family did not like it i asked the lady over there that if we don’t like it can we return it and she said yes and she didn’t tell me that we don’t give money refund when i gone to return it then there was staff whom i ask for refund first she said our internet connection is working we can’t return it now then there another old lady came in and she was very rude and said to me even if we’re going to return it we will give you only farmers gift card and you can only use it in farmers which is not good at all bcz the lady whom i bought the pram she should have let me know the policy so i can make my mind if i want it or not that is so unfair for me and staff behaviour was really rude over there even was not talking politely.zero customer service.

Directly related to the security. I’ve been followed every-time I’ve stepped foot in this store. I’ve never stolen anything in my life, lol, thanks tall Indian guy that followed me around.

The woman with long black hair who worked at the counter near the car park on 20/09/24 is exactly why people are choosing to shop online. The sarcastic and abusive way she yelled out to me across the store is not in keeping with what is expected of a customer service rep at a respected Department store.

It's a good place, everything looks pretty. Unfortunately this time I couldn't find what I was looking for, toy department was a bit bare!
