The care is top notch as always, is great..so is the concept of the app.nbut responsiveness to issues relating to billing is a whole different story. I'll be removing my credit card detail and see if that improves the issues! I feel sorry for people without tech or ability to use as its very frustrating.

They have unqualified staff use key words that you put in your appointment request to make a decision to tell you to reschedule important appointments. Incredibly risky to enrol here.nnTEND:Tried emailing was not taken seriously. Had to change GPs as their staff were inconsiderate and I was not getting adequate service for a health care provider.

Tend is amazing and super easy to use, I can book online appointments if there are no walk in times available, I can also request immunisation forms directly from my phone. Great modern complex with specialists and access to a blood test lab. Also a really good pharmacy with great staff right there. Very convenient to work and home. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I saw nurse Mary on Tuesday 18/2/25 she is the most amazing person there at Pakuranga Tend please if you ever get the chance to meet her please do! she is so good at what she does. She is super polite, caring and very kind. I am very happy to have seen her for my first appointment there at tend I highly recommend seeing nurse Mary.
