Tend Pakuranga Medical Centre

Tend has been my medical centre for many years and they are fine. However I booked to see a doctor this morning at 830am. I arrived early and sat in the waiting room for 45mins before finally been told the doctor was not in town today. They were polite about it but it wasted a lot of my time.

Tend Pukoranga Health Centre is one of the most disorganized and irresponsible health centers in New Zealand. I have been unable to register with a GP for four weeks. I have visited in person five times, and the staff have uploaded my documents, and I have uploaded them dozens of times on their app. But the next day when I call, they say nothing is registered in the app. Then they say they will contact their specialist, but nothing gets resolved. There is no system, and it is person-dependent. The previous employee does not understand the work of the next employee, and each one sends the customer on a wild goose chase. There is no authority to hold such centers accountable so thatnthey do not play with the lives of the people of New Zealand.

Staff , Doctors & Nurses are very accomodating , its easy to book and deal with everything ! Been to Symonds st branch & Pakuranga during the holidays season !

The medical center looks quite new and there is parking around the back of Courtney Place. I came for a blood test and the facilities were nice. There was also other medical services in the building. There is an entrance off Ti Rakau Drive.

Im starting to lose hope in Tend Pakuranga. The Drs are amazing but waiting for a message back about medications in app takes 2 - 4 days. Understandable because I see Tend Pakuranga are hiring at the moment and the patients are most likely jamming up the chat.
