Went with my father for pain as part of the walk in clinic, waited just over an hour but that is to be expected. Received phenomenal service from Sandra, Mary and Katy. Wonderful experience and follow up! Thank you so much!

Great doctors and staff. The receptionists and nurses are lovely with my 14month old Never had to wait long even for the walk in clinic. Price is slightly expensive but reflects the Great care we receive here.

I want to make my complaints specifically about the system they have, they cancelled my appointments while I was present at the place not only once but 3 times within the same month and appointments that they had given me I had requested an interpreter so that was their excuse with two small children, with an extra mental load after the postpartum, a recent caesarean, I have to go down from my house since there is no public transport, when I arrived they only made me change the day without any other solution in between, I don't speak English I understand very little so it is very frustrating and exhausting, the reception staff wants to help but can't find a solution especially when the doctor simply says he can't see me having a translator on the phone where he can speak perfectly and it is translated instantly lack of empathy on the part of the doctor since a mother with two small ones going through a horrible time after the postpartum should have a little more criteria I don't mind waiting long hours as long as my children are seen but the GP is not interested. Very sad with everything I have been through.

I'm not going back there. I waited for one hour for a walk in. Only one other person waiting. Seemed like hardly anyone there. The paramedic attended and was lovely and helpful but I noticed such a big new, modern place, many rooms but no-one in them. No doctors it seems. As I am disabled, it took forever it felt, to walk there and back. Chemist only had one customer; seems assistant knew her and chatted away, ignoring me. The pharmacist came down to serve me. Cafe only had high stools, too high for me to sit so I won't be going there either. The whole place looked deadly, hardly any customers. Eastcare and my doctor's clinics are always busy and deal with a lot of people, so why did I have to wait so long if it was so quiet?

Great experience re obtaining a CAA Medical 1 certificate for my daughter. Many thanks to Dr Hawkins and team for the seamless and time-frame appropriate process. Just a heads up for parents, the eye test/report was booked elsewhere as this service is not provided by High Brook however, everything else required on the medical, yes. The medical process took about three weeks to be completed and to top it off, Dr Hawkins personally handed over the completed documents and explained what was what. Thank you for the great service and comms Doctor H. Much appreciated.
