Our family recently visited this clinic and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided. The clinic itself was immaculately clean, which immediately put me at ease. Julia, the receptionist, was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. Michal the health professional who assisted us during the consultation, was very accommodating and ensured that we were cared for. Overall, I had a positive experience and would highly recommend this clinic to others seeking excellent care in a clean and welcoming environment.

What a great experience coming here. Zoe and Rose are such lovely people. Zoe's examination was really thorough, better than any doctor I have been to. Rose and me had a good chat about life and things in general while sorting the ECG.nnThey make you feel at ease and I actually look forward to my visit, knowing the price is so reasonable and you get great service. I have had experiences with Daphne and Zoe and they have both been amazing. They are attentive and kind and don't dismiss any concerns. I leave my appointments with my worries eased.nnThe reception is also great. Enrolment was very quick and easy and an appointment was available in a couple of days. The prices are also very cheap compared to other clinics.nnNurse Daphne did my contraception counselling and my iud insertion. I would say the experience went very well. If you want an iud, get it done here.

Honestly if I could rate it 0 stars I would ,n3 times my appointment was canceled by the reception, not even by meneach time they had an excuse for why I was in the wrong , & wouldn’t u think as a mother I’d rush to appointments & try get my baby better , & I’m enrolled at these doctors but for the amount of miscommunication from reception to the patients & attitude reception have over the phone whilst ur trying to explain the urgency of your child’s healthnnI’m unenrolling & never taking my child here again they are by far the Worst doctors In east AucklandnnExcept michal thankyou for your help whilst I was pregnant and not long afta too if I had seen u maybe it would’ve been different for my daughternnkeep in mind these appointments were for me and my 11 month old daughter

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Zoey at Family Health Matters and I couldn't be happier with the care I received. She was a fantastic listener, taking the time to really understand my concerns. She was patient, answering all of my questions and providing me with valuable information.
