Fantastic fantastic and fantastic!!! All the nurses, doctors, staff are all very very friendly and care so much, thanks a lot! Meal were good too, I did a mistake, the breakfast menu can multiple choice but I thought was need to choose every session, when breakfast came, big shocked, can feed for 3+ persons, sorry for the waste

Excellent facility, caring and attentive staff, wonderful nurses, excellent with kids, great doctors of course. Very easy and straightforward process. Made my 7yo and me feel very welcomed. Highly recommend.

Had surgery here yesterday. Really great hospital. Staff were so professional, but also had a very up beat vibe to them, which took all anxiety away from me for my surgery. One of the best hospital experiences I have had. Thanks guys

I'm so grateful to have had my surgery here. The team were extremely good at what they do. From the moment I entered reception until I left to go home, I was treated with the best care, respect, hospitality, and patience. Everyone working here has an extremely high quality of care and service. If you're booked in here, you can rest assure that you will be comfortable and cared for to a very high standard. The beds are amazing, the food is amazing, the cleanliness is amazing, and the staff are amazing.

Excellent care from nurses and staff, however, we were asked for our Southern Cross membership number, which we gave only to find upon checkout they hadn't used this to claim the cost of medications. This is a Southern Cross hospital, surely they would have a system set up for this.
