Quick response on email. Receptionist is polite and helpful. It doesn t take long when waiting for a queue. Doctor examined thoroughly.
My appointment time is 2:30, I arrived at 2:23. The doctor came out at 2:56. I didn't see him come out any time during the waiting time. I don't know what he was doing. I have to take the time off my work come to see him. If I have to wait half hour after the appointment, why don't you just make the appointment at 3:00? This is just wasting my time. Can you please keep the appointment time and show respect to your patients? Our time is valued as well.
If there was a negative rating I would give that. Absolutely useless doctors, overlooked a case of typhoid and said it was flu. Went to 3 different doctors in this practice and none of them cared to check for overseas acquired diseases even after repeatedly telling all 3 of them to check specifically for malaria, typhoid and dengue. This was overlooked to the level that it caused severe infection in his gut as well.nAbsolutely good for nothing doctors. I will be changing my practice as soon as possible.nnPlease do consider before enrolling to this practice. The doctors don’t listen to one thing you have to say and are absolutely hopeless.
I walked in to see doctor after book appointment, then the receptionist don’t remind me that I need to cancel appointments, there’s also no reminder message for my appointment, they just send me message for the payment for missed appointment. I talked to the receptionist which is a very rude lady and she just ask me pay for it. No empathy at all. What’s worse, I received message for $20 invoice as I forgot to pay that $10. Again, their system didn’t send reminder, but just send me another invoice. What a greedy system setup!
Did not like the Sri Lankan doctor at all no empathy will not make you feel comfortable. I came for a gut problem silly doctor doesn't even know what IDB is asks me what it is then tell me that he tells the problem not the patient when I have been diagnosed for it and waiting to get that one test to confirm yes or no this person is such a waste of time and so arrogant when you can't make a patient comfortable, they're not gonna tell you what's happening.nnI came for such a serious problem for me and he gave a me most ridiculous outcome.
