Such a shame the price you pay and the receptionist ruins this place because the doctors are great! The pricing is outrageous $67 to see a doctor is crazy. The receptionist is always rude and rushed, not to mention lately it's taking almost 30 mins before you can finally get through to speak to them. If I didn't like my doctor so much I would move to another practice. Not to mention when you call to get them to organise something for you, it never gets done the first time. You end up having to call back waiting another 30 mins before it finally gets done. They really need to get their act together!

Super friendly and attentive team. Sure, it’s more expensive than other clinics, but the staff here really go the extra mile for its patients. Grateful to have this up the road.

I switched from a much larger practice in December 2023. I have had three appointments since then. All of my encounters with staff - receptionists, nurses and one doctor have been very positive. I have been treated with kindness and respect.

Been coming here for 20years+nBar my doctor Stephen Wong who is a good family gp I can't speak highly of this place anymore. This makes me sad.nnDisappointed with what this place has turned into and the service they now provide to the locals. Rude, arrogant and unacceptable attitude from the nurse and management. I feel they simply lack empathy or any kindness in my experience. When you think about our rights- to be treated with dignity and respect they fail to do this. The doctor is great here, however the receptionists are awfully and unbelievably incompetent and rude, they don’t care about throwing the reputation of this clinic down to the toilet. The owner of this place honestly needs to do something.
