I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Waitakere Hospital team. During both of our visits, we have received exceptional care. All of the staff — nurses, doctors, and assistants — stand out for their kindness, respect, and warm attitude.nI truly believe that this human warmth makes a big difference in a patient’s recovery.

My wife delivered our first born in this hospital and we even had a emergency as our childs heartrate was dropping.nnWe are extremely grateful to all Nicu staff.nnAnd the midwives were amazing.nnWe would like to specifically thank Kate she was super nice, smart and willing to help..Kate was even present in delivery room.. super thanks to you Kate!! Not sure if u can read this but we are genuinely thankful to everything you have done.nnCharlotte was also amazing and helpful.nnLucy was very skilled helped us a lot with tips and tricks.nnAnd their manager Liz was also very helpful..nnOur LMC Frann dove is the best in West Auckland. We delivered our baby in waitekere te henna unit recently and have to stay for a few night for jaundice level observation.nnWe were very grateful with the support of the medical team from birth until post delivery.nnThe doctor and midwife were very supportive during the birth process. Birthing unit is relaxing with the water birth experience.nnMidwives and nurses were very helpful and have such warm attitudes to make the post delivery experience a lot more positive! Each of them also gave different tips and tricks to show us for nursing, soothing the baby, mom & baby health care & etc. We don’t have any support when we get home and these mini tutorials from the medical team definitely made us feel more confident when we were dischargednnNot to mention good supply too, they supply most post natal stuff you need, from maternity pad to diapers during the stay

The Rangatira Ward are amazing and made me and my 7 day old babies stay so comfortable. The staff are so caring, knowledgeable and gentle with my boy with everything they did. Cant thank them enough for their help and support to a FTM.nnThank you from George Baby of HannannXx

I want to express my complete gratitude to the emergency department team and the nurses in the Rangtira ward. We went in thinking one thing, but were quickly rushed in where 3 drs and 5 nurses worked so quickly to help our little boy start to breathe again. I know that’s your job, but he is our life, and we can’t thank you enough once in recovery, Erica, a nurse in the Rangitira ward was so accommodating and caring and natural, that it made our stressful time there easy. Health professionals don’t get enough gratitude. They have a real job that actually matter. Thanks guys and girls. Love you all
