While I fully understand and respect that enrolled patients and those with prior appointments are given priority, I was informed that walk-in patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis. However, during my visit, I noticed that other walk-in patients who arrived after me were seen before me. This caused confusion and frustration, as I was relying on the stated walk-in policy and had expected to be seen in the order of arrival.

Do not go here if have young children!nnCame with my sick 2 year old and when saw doctor he was short tempered and forceful. Asked me to hold my daughter down as she wasn’t “complying” while trying to check her throat and was communicating with her harshly saying things like “if you don’t listen we will force you” Ended up walking out of the drs room after paying and waiting to see the doctor as his manner and treatment got too much for me to accept as okay.nnI understand drs are humans, but this is not okay.

Thank you all, incredible to have such short wait times compared to other emergency service practices. The staff are lovely and Dr Peter is such a good doctor who listens and takes his time with you to try and understand your needs as a patient. His dad jokes are ok too I suppose

I brought my 6 year old son here as he had a high fever 38.5°C+ even after two hours of Pamol and ibuprofen, with ongoing ice packs to cool him down and persistent vomiting. This was the closest center that accepts emergency casual patients, so I came in despite seeing an average wait time of 60 minutes.nnI registered and entered the queue exactly at 12:00 noon. It is now 2:00 p.m., and we are still waiting. I asked the staff a couple of times, but the response was always, “There are a few patients before you.” During this time, my son vomited four times, and not a single staff member stopped to check on him or offer anything to help manage his condition. They simply walked past.nnThe only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because they did give us a room for him to lie down in. I understand that emergency patients take priority and delays happen—but so is my son’s case. The triage nurse seemed concerned enough to put him in a room rather than leaving us in the general waiting area, which says something about his condition.nnTo add to the frustration, I just saw a screen showing the current wait time as 100 minutes, even though we’ve already been waiting for over 120.nnExtremely disappointing experience in a stressful situation.

Great Dr's and service. My whole family is registered here now. Highly recommended, open 7 days 8am to 8pm with same day GP on weekdays
