Northcare Accident and Medical

Had to take my Granddaughter to Northcare today as she continually gets tonsillitis and found Doctor Peter Boot to be absolutely amazing in that he fully explained to us why she gets it so many times but also fully explained what to do to prevent it in the future and in a simple way that my Granddaughter was fully able to understand. We have been going to Northcare on and off since it opened and have always found staff and Doctors to be very helpful and understanding.

This clinic is incredible. Both times My family and I have been here for various reasons we have had the best support from Dr Peter Boot and Dr James Manning.nRecently, I had come in with horrible pain and Dr Manning made the best effort to test for what was wrong and also gave me some great pain relief which aided so much. I also felt listened to and believed ,which I have not often found when I receive medical care. Thank you so much!!

Sarah has been our trusted phlebotomist since my first pregnancy. Now as a mum of two, she’s one of the main reasons we keep returning to Northcare Clinic. Today, my 3-year-old and I had our blood tests, and neither of us felt a thing. My little one didn’t even cry! Sarah’s an expert at what she does, and her warm, cheerful personality is just the icing on the cake.

This was our first visit to Northcare. We live about 30 minutes drive away but we chose to travel and give it a try.nVery clean open space, friendly front desk, relaxed and helpful.nnPrior to visiting we weighed the option of visit white cross which was minimum 4 hours wait but Northcare had no wait time and the $77 fee was well worth it.nnWe saw the nurse immediately and she was amazing and super helpful. We then waited only one minute looking at their fish tank with the kids before seeing the doctor.nnDr Matt Bourke saw our son. He was a great listener and very good at addressing all of our concerns and suggesting the best plan of action moving forward.nnIn fact I must say he addressed things that our son's usual doctor has ignored for months.nnWe were truly impressed by the overall service and will be using Northcare in future.nnFor us 10/10

I saw doctor Peter Boot and he was amazing! I felt very welcomed and comfortable as he took me through my medical exam. He even picked up on some unrelated health problems and took the time to give me some advice about those at no extra charge. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The clinic its self was very clean and professional and saw to me in a timely manner. I couldn’t recommend this doctor and clinic more.
