If you’re thinking of becoming a patient here please consider driving a little further and go somewhere else. 12 months ago I was accepted as a regular here, been there 6 times now and number of phone calls with the clinic and I can comfortably say not once I had a pleasant experience. They simply don’t give a crap about you or your needs, very condescending, very rude! No support or help to find solutions, today was the last straw. Actively looking for a new clinic because it’s not worth going somewhere where they don’t even let you speak.

Kaela the Receptionist is Amazing! Always polite and perfect communication shes super helpful & goes the extra mile to fulfil me and my kids needs especially my oldest son being Autistic and unsettled during waiting times she makes sure we are well taken care of. Kaela always brings a beautiful atmosphere into the clinic! Thank you for your constant great service

I am with this practice for many years just because of Dr Jane, who is treating patients with deep understanding of their personal problems and with great professionalism, which worth 5 stars. Dr Stuart is also a good doctor. However, each time when I stuck with a reliever, it's a struggle to get prescribed any medicine that I need. :

Racist, bullies and tried to rip me off with added bills on top of late fine all I can say is your as stupid and as rotten as you look thanks to abit knowledge and skills on my part all bills were dropped proves I don't need to be sitting behind a desk to prove how dumb you are.nGlad I left.nnI had my first appointment with Lincoln doctors today lol I can see you've made contact with them because their idiot receptionist tried to pull same stunt tried saying I have outstanding balance TRY HARDomg your looking like a bunch of clowns just stop it ok or do you want me to continue humiliating you people.nI mean rotten apples stick together don't they dumb receptionist don't look good
