Dr Alisi Keppler is wonderful! Such a caring, kind GP - so hard to find such GPs these days. She is very thorough and genuinely cares about her patients.

I was registered with The Doctors Massey Medical for long time, i don’t have a booking with any Doctors, so i went to ask the receptionist if they can do walk ins and im willing to wait. One of the receptionist told me that is no doctor available, the other receptionist told me that they don’t accept walk ins. Thats not nice of them not even we are very sorry we don’t accept any walk ins but heres what we can do. Give options to your registered patients like we can call you if someone cancelled their appointments, or we can book you on the next available doctors for consultation. Seems like you guys lost interest in taking care of your registered patients. In doing this seems like i did lost interest to go to your clinic. I know that new zealand is having a big issue with our lacking of doctors at the moment, but don’t be a part turning away of your members by your unwillingness to help out a not feeling well of your registered patients as you don’t want that to happen it to you or any of your whanau.

I have been a patient at The Doctors Massey Medical since Dr Racheal Appleby started this practice, back then I would be giving a 5 star rating but not now! I have been so disappointed with the level of care/service that is just nonexistent! I could not recommend this Medical Centre and unfortunately after more than 30 years I will be looking for a new Medical Centre.

If you’re thinking of becoming a patient here please consider driving a little further and go somewhere else. 12 months ago I was accepted as a regular here, been there 6 times now and number of phone calls with the clinic and I can comfortably say not once I had a pleasant experience. They simply don’t give a crap about you or your needs, very condescending, very rude! No support or help to find solutions, today was the last straw. Actively looking for a new clinic because it’s not worth going somewhere where they don’t even let you speak.

Kaela the Receptionist is Amazing! Always polite and perfect communication shes super helpful & goes the extra mile to fulfil me and my kids needs especially my oldest son being Autistic and unsettled during waiting times she makes sure we are well taken care of. Kaela always brings a beautiful atmosphere into the clinic! Thank you for your constant great service
