I have always hated the doctors, genuinely. So it’s been incredible to feel seen and listened to when attending appointments here. Often I yap a lot and go over my 15 minutes but never once have I been made to feel bad about it. Thank you to the staff here!! You truly are making a difference.

I recently enrolled at this clinic after transferring from another practice, as I was hoping to see a female doctor. I was very impressed with Dr Abigail Thornton, who was attentive, caring, and took the time to listen to my concerns. I wanted to discuss a range of symptoms, and she answered my questions thoroughly and respectfully. I really appreciated Dr Thornton’s holistic approach and the supportive way she addressed my concerns.nIn addition, the nurse Joanne who assisted me with my health checks was friendly and thoughtful, which made the experience even more positive. As this was my first visit, I am very pleased with the care I received and would highly recommend this clinic.

Very disappointed. I transferred to this practice only a couple of months ago because my previous GP—though excellent—was too far away. I waited three weeks for my initial appointment, which I accepted since I only needed a prescription and to establish care.nnToday I called to request an appointment because I’ve had a sore throat, headaches, and exhaustion for the past 10 days, natural remedies are not working and this morning I woke up with my eye sealed shut, possibly conjunctivitis. The earliest appointment offered was in nine days. I was told that if it felt urgent, I should go to White Cross which I cannot afford or the hospital, where wait times can be up to six hours I learned.nI already regret transferring. It feels like this practice is unable—or unwilling—to provide timely care when it’s actually needed. And this is during summer, not peak flu season. What will access be like in winter — a month-long wait?nVery discouraging experience.

One of the worst clinic I would say not only in New Zealand but in whole pacific.nGP appointments are 20 to 23 days on a long wait . They are a jokenEven if you are on a remote island or in a 3rd world you don’t have to wait this long.nnEven in diplomatic appointments are not this far .nnI have no words to as am fuming high right now .nUseless at the end of the day no matter what is the sickness they will precautions of paracetamol .n

This place is very dodgy, and I strongly advise against visiting this medical. When I inquired with the business manager Alisha about the amount they have been claiming from ACC for my doctor's visit, she refused to provide the information, which raises significant concerns about their practices. They also insist on charging the full fee for consultations, even when the injury is clearly covered by ACC. It’s evident that they are trying to squeeze extra money out of ACC without being transparent with their patients. Avoid this place; their tactics are questionable, and I’m convinced they prioritize profit over patient care.
