I had a procedure done today, and from the receptionist to the recovery room, the team is just incredible. I have been well looked after! Communication has been outstanding, food is excellent, room nice and comfortable with room service, and the people are great! Yes the hospital is a little bit outdated but I didn’t care about that. I received the care than I needed, and that’s what matters most to me. Thank you Mercy Hospital staff, you are wonderful

I get very anxious about hospital procedures and I did let the staff know prior.nnThey were absolutely amazing from the front desk to the caterers, drs and of course the nurses!nEveryone was so pleasant and professional.nnWe all hear stories about hospital food however the hamburger I ordered was far more superior than the one I brought a few weeks ago in a well known cafe.nnIt seems a little macabre to recommend a hospital but the team here are wonderful.

Excellent service, highly recommendnnDr Nagham and Dr Thomas are incredibly knowledgable, empathetic and took great care and answered all ny questions. They made me feel I was in safe hands.nnI was nervous but all the nurses ensured that I was comfortable and supported throughout the whole process and staynnThanks to Ying for great communicationnnSpecial mention to RN Janine who went above n beyond and RN Aroha and the night nurse Alaisha, Simone and the nurse from Kerala.nnComing here was dealing with a trusted familynnTY all x

Hello have just returned home after having spinal surgery there by Andrew Irving and Anaethatist Nick Light foot. What a great team. But what made the whole experience so good was the wonderful staff from Nursers to Cleaners. What an absolute privalege it was being cared for by such a professional group but the fact that they were so friendly and polite. Thankyou all from the top to the bottomnGraham Lyon. ps the food was way above the standards I have experienced it other hospitals

Had my Hip Replacement here. Surgeon and staff were awsome. Great care , through out the process.
