Mercy Ascot Epsom

Sadly my experience here felt like a textbook case of taking my money but offering very little care.nAfter a traumatic stay, despite being clearly unwell after a procedure, I was discharged in a state that I believe was unsafe and unsupported. When I reached out shortly after, on the journey home, for help, I was turned away and told to find an A and E department— with no guidance offered.nI would avoid this hospital at all costs but if you are considering private care here, I recommend asking very specific questions about aftercare, discharge processes, and how they support patients when complications arise.

I had spinal surgery proformed here at Mercy Ascot mid June 2018nnI cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was due to the amazing caring staff on my ward St CecilanIt was like being in first class on a airplane.nThe staff were genuinely happy to help anyway possible.nMy partner & family paid to have meals with me at night the staff were only too happy to bring them to us after the rest of the ward had dined.nThe meals were delicious too.nnIf I could rate this hospital 10/10 I would.nnThanks to each and everyone at Mercy Ascot I will never forget your kindnessnRavi

Great nurses and friendly staff. Just don't recommend surgery here or you could end up with permanent damage.

I get very anxious about hospital procedures and I did let the staff know prior.nnThey were absolutely amazing from the front desk to the caterers, drs and of course the nurses!nEveryone was so pleasant and professional.nnWe all hear stories about hospital food however the hamburger I ordered was far more superior than the one I brought a few weeks ago in a well known cafe.nnIt seems a little macabre to recommend a hospital but the team here are wonderful.

I had a procedure done today, and from the receptionist to the recovery room, the team is just incredible. I have been well looked after! Communication has been outstanding, food is excellent, room nice and comfortable with room service, and the people are great! Yes the hospital is a little bit outdated but I didn’t care about that. I received the care than I needed, and that’s what matters most to me. Thank you Mercy Hospital staff, you are wonderful
